摘要: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) pixel compensation circuit includes a driving module, a compensation module, an OLED lighting module, and a precharging module. The compensation module is connected to the driving module and is configured to receive a voltage of an external first power for compensating a turn-on voltage of the driving module. The precharging module is connected to the OLED lighting module and is configured to receive a voltage of an external second power for precharging the OLED lighting module. The driving module is connected to the OLED lighting module and is configured to remain on under compensation by the compensation module for receiving the voltage of the external first power to obtain a driving voltage for driving the OLED lighting module to emit light, thereby driving the OLED lighting module to emit light.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an organic light emitting display device which is implemented to reduce or suppress the residual image and the flicker. According to an embodiment, a circuit includes an organic light emitting diode disposed between a first node and a first power source, a driving transistor disposed between the first node and a second power source and driving the organic light emitting device, a first transistor transmitting a data signal to the driving transistor, and a first control transistor disposed between the first node and a second node. The first control transistor applies a reverse current to the driving transistor during a first period and holes accumulated on the active layer of the driving transistor are removed during the first period, whereby a current path efficiency is improved.

摘要: A display device includes a substrate having a pixel area with at least a first rounded corner portion and first to third non-pixel areas arranged sequentially along an outer circumference of the pixel area. An internal circuit in the first non-pixel area has a first end portion adjacent to the first rounded corner portion of the pixel area. The first end portion of the internal circuit is rounded in accordance with the first rounded corner portion. A plurality of routing wires are in the third non-pixel area below the pixel area. The routing wires extending to the pixel area via the second non-pixel area and the first non-pixel area. The routing wires include at least a first routing wire connected to the pixel area passing an area of the first end portion of the internal circuit.

摘要: Circuits for programming a circuit with decreased programming time are provided. Such circuits include a storage device such as a capacitor for storing display information and for ensuring a driving device such as a driving transistor drives a light emitting device according to the display information. To increase programming time, the pixel circuits may be pre-charged or a biasing current may be applied to charge and/or discharge a data line and/or the driving device. Aspects of the present disclosure allow for the biasing current to drain partially through the storage device to allow the portion of the biasing current applied to the driving device to remain small while the data line discharges. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides display architectures and operation schemes for display arranged in segments each including a plurality of pixel circuits.

摘要: When a clock signal pulse number and a compensation-target-line address indicating a compensation-target row match, the following control is carried out with a time point being a starting point of a current measurement period, the time point being one horizontal scanning period after a time point of the match. At a current measurement period starting point and ending point, only the potential of the one of the clock signals applied to a unit circuit corresponding to the compensation-target row is changed. Throughout the current measurement period, the clock operation of the clock signals is stopped. A monitor enable signal, that is applied to a control terminal of an output control transistor for controlling active signal output to a monitor control line, is only set to a high level during the current measurement period.

Each pixel circuit includes a plurality of thin film transistors and each pixel circuit is connected to one of the OLEDs. The data lines and the connecting lines are connected to the pixel circuits, and one or more surfaces of the one portion of the one data line and the one portion of the one connecting line that contact the wire are curved.

摘要: An organic light emitting display includes a plurality of pixel row groups, a scan driver, a data driver, and a data distributor. Each pixel group includes the same number of pixel rows, and the pixel row groups are sequentially driven. The data distributor demultiplexes data signals for input into the pixels. The data signals are input to the pixels after threshold voltage compensation is performed at substantially a same time for pixels in each of the pixel row groups. Data signals are to be input to pixels in one pixel row group while threshold voltage compensation is performed for pixels in another pixel row group adjacent to the one pixel row group.

Each pixel includes a scan line extending along a first direction, a data line extending along a second direction which is different from the first direction. Each pixel includes a switching thin film transistor connected to the scan line and the data line and including a switching gate electrode, a switching source electrode, and a switching drain electrode, a driving thin film transistor connected to the switching thin film transistor and including a driving gate electrode, a driving source electrode, and a driving drain electrode, and a storage capacitor connected to the driving thin film transistor and including a first capacitor electrode, a dielectric layer, and a second capacitor electrode which are sequentially stacked. Each of the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode is disposed on a different layer from those of the scan line and the data line.

摘要: An array substrate, an electrochromic display and a method for driving the array substrate are disclosed. A display region of the array substrate (30) comprises a plurality of sets of data lines (33) and a plurality of scan lines (36), the plurality of sets of data lines (33) and the plurality of scan lines (36) intersecting each other to divide the display region into a plurality of pixel regions, a pixel electrode (32) is disposed in each of the pixel regions and electrically connected to the data lines (33); the pixel electrode (32) comprises a central pixel electrode (32a) and a peripheral pixel electrode (32b) adjacent to and electrically isolated from the central pixel electrode (32a). When the pixel region is driven, the peripheral pixel electrode (32b) and the central pixel electrode (32a) are at opposite polarities, thereby making the electrochromic material flowing from the central pixel region (32a) corresponding to the central pixel electrode (32a) to the peripheral pixel electrode (32b) and having been changed in color to fade in color. Cross-talk between adjacent pixel regions in the electrochromic display panel can be effectively controlled, and the display effect of the electrochromic display can be improved.

摘要: A display device and method of driving the display device are disclosed. In one aspect, the display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels and a scan driver configured to apply a scan signal having activation and deactivation levels to the pixels. Each of the pixels includes a storage capacitor, a switching transistor, a driving transistor and an emitting element configured to emit light based on an emission current received from the driving transistor. The scan driver is configured to selectively control the activation level of the scan signal so as to control the amount of charge stored in the storage capacitor. The driving transistor is configured to control the emission current based on the amount of charge stored in the storage capacitor.
