    摘要: A heat transfer device for sheet assembly for the heat transfer of an image on a transfer sheet to a receptor sheet for printing by inserting a sheet assembly comprising the transfer sheet on which an image has been formed and a receptor sheet for printing superimposed on an auxiliary plate into an inlet opening portion formed on a casing along an inlet stand, and passing between a pair of heat pressure rolls arranged inside the casing, includes: an exhaust fan for taking the outside air from the inlet opening portion toward the pair of the heat pressure rollers for cooling the pair of the heat pressure rollers; and aperture maintaining means for maintaining air passage for allowing the intake of the outside air between the upper edge portion of the inlet opening portion and the upper surface of the sheet assembly at the time of inserting the sheet assembly into the inlet opening portion. Accordingly, the pair of the heat pressure rollers can be securely cooled by the outside air via the air passage.

For conveying an embossing film web through the embossing gap, the rotary embossing machine includes a conveying mechanism for producing a movement of the web at the same speed as a material layer to be embossed, during an embossing interval. The film conveying mechanism includes a pulling device downstream of the embossing gap which is provided with a slip drive for the embossing film web and a controllable film supply device upstream of the embossing gap which cooperates with the pulling device. This arrangement avoids the risk of the embossing films or foils tearing and improves the embossing quality.

    摘要: An image-transfer apparatus for producing an aesthetically fine transfer image includes a platen having a cut-off portion on the surface formed for attaching an image-forming material and a transfer cylinder having a cut-off portion on the surface formed for attaching an image receptor. The apparatus allows the introduction of the image-forming material and the image receptor into a nip formed by the platen and the transfer cylinder by the rotation of the platen and the transfer cylinder to transfer an image formed in a photosensitive layer of the image-forming material to the image receptor heated to a transfer temperature. The transfer cylinder, other than the cut-off portion, has a cylindricity of 100 .mu.m or less, a circumferential deviation, measured in the radial direction of the transfer cylinder, of 60 .mu.m or less and a straightness, measured on a cylinder surface, of 60 .mu.m or less when heated to and kept at a transfer temperature.

    摘要: The invention refers to an apparatus for testing the color separations of a multicolor print, comprising a pair of press rollers being mounted in a frame and constituted by rollers which can be lifted off each other, through the roller gap of which an image-bearing element consisting of a support foil with an exposed, photosensitive layer, with a color foil, consisting of a color-bearing foil with a color layer, being placed on this element, is fed such that portions of the color layer adhere to the tacky areas of the image-bearing element. For the solution of this problem to provide an apparatus of the kind by which the testing of the color separations of a multicolor print can be carried out in a simple and rapid manner, a movable frame is provided in which a plurality of pairs of roll bearings for rolls to be unwound and wound up are mounted. A roll bearing for each pair of rolls allows a roll of a color foil web to be loaded, and the color foil web can be wound up on a roll carried in the other roll bearing. The web section of the color foil web between the rolls of a pair of roll bearings runs in between the press rollers of the pair of press rollers.
