摘要： An apparatus for printing a beer barrel includes a workbench, and a hydraulic pushing device, a barrel outer-sided printing device, and a barrel inner-sided printing device installed on the workbench. The barrel inner-sided printing device has a turntable rotating with respect to the Z-axis and mounted on the barrel, an inner mold installed onto a circumferential surface of the turntable for printing the inner side of the barrel. The barrel outer-sided printing device has a connecting frame moving linearly along the Y-axis direction. The connecting frame has an outer mold for printing an outer side of the barrel, and the hydraulic pushing device controls the outer mold to move linearly along the X-axis direction. The outer and inner molds print a sidewall of the barrel. This invention prevents unnecessary waste of manufacturing cost and time caused by the scrap of semi-finished products whose previous printing process becomes useless.

摘要： A rotary embossing machine includes an embossing mechanism in which an embossing gap is formed between an embossing cylinder and a counter pressure cylinder. For conveying an embossing film web through the embossing gap, the rotary embossing machine includes a conveying mechanism for producing a movement of the web at the same speed as a material layer to be embossed, during an embossing interval. The film conveying mechanism includes a pulling device downstream of the embossing gap which is provided with a slip drive for the embossing film web and a controllable film supply device upstream of the embossing gap which cooperates with the pulling device. This arrangement avoids the risk of the embossing films or foils tearing and improves the embossing quality.

A sliding projection slides upwardly along an inclined face and the cutter holder is moved in the widthwise direction of the tape T. Therefore the cutter blade 13 presses the tape face and cuts the tape T while sliding in the widthwise direction of the tape T.

摘要： A stamping tool for use in an auto-indexable tool station having a number of character inserts that can be rotatably moved below a striker area so that a thin metal plate or sheet of metal may be marked. The stamping tool allows for automatic adjustment of tool length for any variation in material thickness. A pneumatic cylinder actuates a mechanism that engages the key way in the head nut. The tool length is changed by the rotary motion of the auto-indexable tool station. The character housing is rotated by the indexable tool station through the punch key which moves the selected character insert to the striker area within the tool. The striker area causes the character insert which is spring biased to protrude lower than the character inserts that are not in the striker area. When the stamping tool is struck by the ram, only the character insert in the striker area will contact the material to be marked. Further, an overload protection mechanism is included to prevent any tool damage if the tool length is adjusted incorrectly. A control system provides an automatic sequence cycling of the indexing system to position each required stamping tool in an accurate stamping position. The tool has capacity for a full alphanumeric set which can be selected automatically through commands in a control program. These characters can be selected in any order to create a specific identification.

摘要： An embossing machine and method is provided in which the mass of the carriage assembly carrying the card to and from various operations in the machine is significantly reduced by the utilization of a card carrying carriage mounted for movement in one direction from side to side on the machine via a stationary motor. The carriage is mounted on a guide bar which, together with the carriage, moves from the front to the back of the machine via a stationary motor. A new card supply hopper is arranged to stack cards vertically and feed them to the carriage one-by-one as the carriage approaches the hopper. An embossing assembly is operated by a single interposer arranged in a crank drive or two interposers arranged between actuating levers and the rams of associated male and female embossing wheels. A topper assembly minimizes foil usage by winding up only that foil which has been used during the topping of the previous card. The embossed and topped card is fed to a stacking assembly either through an arrangement of wires which causes the card to waterfall into a stacker channel or to slide into contact with a pivoting loader which pivots the card into a stacker channel.

Each of the marking elements is a rotatable wheel mounted to rotate individually whereby the character stamped may be changed. The marking elements are mounted in the container in a manner such that the rotatable wheels may be manually rotated without dismantling the tool. Each wheel extends beyond the container in a lateral direction to permit manual adjustment of the wheel and downwardly below the container to facilitate marking with the wheel. A plunger is supported on the marking elements, and is adapted to be hit by a piston.

摘要： An apparatus for automatically imprinting several lines of characters on the rounded head of each steel or like metal cylinder for a compressed gas. The apparatus includes work rest means arranged between loading and unloading platforms and adapted to permit a gas cylinder which has been transferred from the loading platform to rest horizontally thereon so as to be rotatable about its own axis. Several marking mechanisms movable relative to the work rest means each include an arcuate marking surface on which a line of characters is formed in relief. The marking surface of each mechanism is successively forced into contact with the gas cylinder on the work rest means, and the marking mechanism is then rotated in rolling contact with the gas cylinder to imprint the line of characters thereon. The gas cylinder that has been marked with the desired lines of characters is transferred onto the unloading platform.
