A residual frequency offset (RFO) compensation method and a compensation system of a multi-carrier communication system is disclosed. The compensatory method of present invention includes two phase-computation steps. The first phase-computation step processes a phase variation of an OFDM data symbol each time to obtain a RFO estimation for compensating a demodulation carrier. The second-phase computation processes a plurality of OFDM data symbols each time to obtain a RFO estimation for compensating the demodulation carrier. The compensation system of the present invention includes: a Discrete Fourier Transformation (DFT) unit for performing DFT on receiving OFDM packages; a phase variation detector connecting to the DFT unit for detecting phase variations of a plurality of OFDM data symbols; and a residual frequency offset compensator connecting to the phase variation detector, which generates the desired RFO estimations in accordance with the phase variations of the plurality of OFDM data symbols and the compensation method of the present invention.

The present invention discloses a request transmission mechanism and a method thereof capable of reducing request transmission time. The method and mechanism in accordance with the present invention allow a request to bypass unnecessary stages in a computer system by usage of a bypassing rule and a dependence controller. The dependence controller comprises a comparator capable of receiving the instruction from the dependence controller and enabling a designated bypassing path if the request is allowed to bypass. A plurality of dependence lines are connected to the dependence controller for indicating a dependent status between at least two requests. The request may be allowed to bypass a stage even though the buffer of the stage is not empty. The method and mechanism of the present invention is capable of reducing the request transmission time by determining the dependence between the requests.

This disclosure presents a heat dissipation mechanism, which conducts generated heat of a thermal device to the housing of an electronic apparatus by a metal piece fastened between the thermal device and electronic apparatus, and then dissipates heat into the air through multiple holes opened over an apparatus shell. The second parameter generating module generates a second parameter according to the distance between one of the pixels and the line in axial directions. The storage module stores an index table, which records at least a blending factor and the correlations between the first parameter, second parameter, and blending factor. Therefore, the retrieving module searches for the blending factor from the index table according to the first and second parameter. Finally, the calculating module determines the color of this pixel according to the blending factor.
