Abstract: A brake control device controls a hydraulic brake that generates hydraulic braking force and an electric parking brake that generates parking braking force different from the hydraulic braking force. The brake control device comprises: a detection unit that detects a parking brake operation for causing the electric parking brake to generate the parking braking force; and a control unit that causes the electric parking brake to generate the parking braking force when the hydraulic braking force per wheel generated by the hydraulic brake, after decreasing below the minimum first braking force per wheel required for maintaining the vehicle stop state only by the electric parking brake, is less than the first braking force, in association with the parking brake operation having been performed in a state where the stop state is maintained only by a hydraulic brake operation for causing the hydraulic brake to generate the hydraulic braking force.

Abstract: A brake boosting device wherein a vibration control member is provided to an end part of a return coil spring that is arranged inside a vehicle chamber and that is interposed between a booster body and an input rod. Abstract: A braking device includes: a reservoir; a master cylinder in which when the amount of operation performed on a brake pedal reaches or exceeds a predetermined amount, a port communicating between a pressure chamber and the reservoir is cut off and hydraulic pressure corresponding to the brake pedal operation amount is generated; a hydraulic pressure unit for adjusting the wheel cylinder hydraulic pressure; and a control unit for controlling the hydraulic pressure unit. The control unit determines, based on a temperature-related value related to the temperature of a friction member pressed by the wheel cylinder hydraulic pressure against a rotating member fixed to a wheel, whether the friction member is in a fade state. When the friction member is in a fade state, the control unit controls the hydraulic pressure unit to suction brake fluid from the reservoir through the port, and is fed to the wheel cylinder.

Abstract: In the present invention, a brake device is equipped with: differential pressure control valves; pressure adjusting units which are connected to the differential pressure control valves through liquid passages; and a control device which controls the WC pressure Pwc in wheel cylinders by operating the differential pressure control valves and the pressure adjusting units. When predetermined suppression control permission conditions are satisfied while both the supply pumps of the pressure adjusting units and the differential pressure control valves are in operation, the control device performs self-excited vibration suppression control over the differential pressure control valves, the self-excited vibration suppression control being carried out in such a manner that a valve element separated from a valve seat is caused to abut on the valve seat, and, upon abutting on the valve seat, the valve element is separated from the valve seat.

Abstract: In the present invention, polishing lines 71f are connected to an outer circumferential high-pressure region, but are not connected to each area that is a low-pressure region. In this configuration, the polishing lines 71f are connected to the outer circumferential high-pressure region where there is high discharge pressure, so high-pressure brake fluid is introduced within the polishing lines 71f. Therefore, a pushback effect is obtained, wherein gear pumps 19 and 39 are pushed back on the basis of the high-pressure brake fluid pressure. Furthermore, the polishing lines 71f are connected to the outer circumferential high-pressure region but are not connected to each area that is a low-pressure region, so high-pressure can be maintained within the polishing lines 71f, and a reduction in the pushback effect can be prevented. Accordingly, a decrease in the loss torque reduction effect can be prevented, and the loss torque can be further reduced.
