摘要： A fabrication method and a structure of a flash memory. Several first shallow trench isolations and second shallow trench isolations are formed in a memory circuit region and a peripheral circuit region of a substrate, respectively. The first shallow trench isolations are shallower than the second shallow trench isolations. Several gates are formed along a direction perpendicular to the substrate in the memory circuit region. A self-aligned source region process is performed to remove the isolation layer within every other first shallow trench isolations between the gates. A common source region and a column of separate drain regions are thus alternatively formed between the gates. The drain regions in the same column are isolated by the first shallow trench isolations.

Pedals at the bottom bracket are equipped with a sleeve and a cam-lever for removability. A movable rear rack is equipped with a roller wheel that enables pushing and pulling of the folded bicycle frame. A tab having a through-hole is situated on the seatstay for the insertion of a lock pin with an attached chain. As such, the present invention provides improved functionality and increases the practical value of such products.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a light emitting diode (LED) includes growing a light emitting region on a temporary substrate, bonding a transparent substrate of glass or quartz to the light emitting region and then removing the temporary substrate. A metal bonding agent also serving as an ohmic contact layer with LED is used to bond the transparent substrate to form a dual substrate LED element which is then heated in a wafer holding device that includes a graphite lower chamber and a graphite upper cover with a stainless steel screw. Because of the different thermal expansion coefficients between stainless and graphite, the stainless steel screw applies a pressure to the dual substrate LED element during the heating process to assist the bonding of the transparent substrate.

The first and second tools and the second and third tools are respectively spaced from each other at a distance substantially equal to H when the machine is at an original position. The locating device is also drivably mounted on the frame for fixing the horizontal metal strip relative to the frame when the three folding tools do not clamp the strip.
