A foldable push cart to carry a cutting machine comprised of a tabletop frame, a support frame and a telescoping rod; adaptable to any cutting machine; an extension bracket on each side of the cart works with built-in oblique push block and slide rod depending on the length and height of the individual work piece; a hoisting cable controls work height and retraction of the cart; the telescoping rod provides self-locking safety function, and wheels are pivoted to a pair of cross legs.

The present invention discloses a method for removing carbon monoxide (CO) from a gas mixture containing CO including contacting the gas mixture with a nano-gold catalyt to reduce the CO content in the gas mixture by CO selective adsorption/oxidation, water gas shift reaction or CO selective oxidation reaction. The nano-gold catalyst includes a solid support and gold deposited on the support, wherein the deposited gold has a size less than 10 nm, and the support is a mixed metal hydroxide and oxide having the following formula: M(OH)qOyWherein M is Ti, Fe, Co, Zr, or Ni; q is 0.1-1.5; and q+2y=z, wherein z is the valence of M.

A card reader for electronic devices comprises: a main body at least having a printed circuit board (PCB), a plurality of first and second slots arranged in a front portion of the main body, and a connector connected to the main body for outputting the data converted by the PCB. Data of a storage medium inserted into the first or second slot is converted and outputted to an electronic device, thus expanding the functions of the electronic device and upgrading data storage capacity and speed.

A built-in jitter measurement circuit for a VCO (voltage-controlled oscillator) and a PLL (phase-locked loop) is disclosed. The circuit includes a divider for dividing frequency of a signal, a time to digital converter (TDC) for converting the period of the divided signal into digital values, a variance calculator for calculating variance of the period of the divided signal, a mean calculator for calculating mean value of the period of the divided signal, a encoder and counter for encoding and calculating the period of the divided signal, and a state controller as a controller for all other components. The circuit disclosed utilizes output clock of an opened-loop circuit to be measured and a divider for increasing jitter of the original signal. By measuring the bandwidth of a closed-loop circuit, accordingly, jitter of output clock of an opened-loop or an closed-loop circuit is measured by correlating the measured bandwidth and the jitter values from extrapolation.

In a method of spectrum analysis, a sample signal, which is obtained by sampling an original signal at an original sampling rate within a sampling period, is transformed into a spectrum to be measured according to a frequency range scale. An optimum graduation interval of the frequency range scale is determined in accordance with frequency and amplitude parameters of the spectrum. An updated sampling rate is determined by multiplying the original sampling rate by the optimum graduation interval. The original signal is re-sampled at the updated sampling rate within the sampling period so as to obtain an updated sample signal. An optimum sample signal is obtained by multiplying the updated sample signal by a scale shift function that is based on the optimum graduation interval and the frequency and amplitude of the spectrum. Finally, the optimum sample signal is transformed into an optimized spectrum.

Abstract:
A voltage level shifter is provided. The shifter includes an AND gate for generating a synchronizing signal according to a periodic signal and a primitive input signal. The synchronizing signal and a first periodic control signal that are in phase with the periodic control signal are inputted to a transistor device. The transistor device is constructed with an inverter. The voltage level shifter further includes a buffer for generating an output signal and a capacitor for storing a signal. The present invention also provides a switching circuit for preventing the turning on of both PMOS transistor and NMOS transistor simultaneously during a switching status. The present invention can also solve the issue caused by the ratio of the channel width to the channel length, thus the uncertainty of the manufacturing process will not affect the circuit. Therefore, the power consumption, the chip area and the cost are reduced.
