Abstract:
Nanoporous polymers with gyroid nanochannels can be fabricated from the self-assembly of degradable block copolymer, polystyrene-b-poly(L-lactide) (PS-PLLA), followed by the hydrolysis of PLLA blocks. A well-defined nanohybrid material with SiO2 gyroid nanostructure in a PS matrix can be obtained using the nanoporous PS as a template for the sol-gel reaction. After subsequent UV degradation of the PS matrix, a highly porous inorganic gyroid network remains, yielding a single-component material with an exceptionally low refractive index (as low as 1.1).

Abstract:
A thermal module structure includes a base and at least one locating member. The base has at least one channel formed thereon and the channel has a closed bottom portion and an open top portion. At least one first coupling section is formed on the base at a position corresponding to the open top portion of the channel. The locating member is provided on one side with at least one second coupling section corresponding to the first coupling section, and is fitted above the channel with the second coupling section engaged with the first coupling section. Therefore, with the locating member, a heat pipe set in the channel can be quickly and firmly held to the base at upgraded efficiency and reduced time and labor cost.
Abstract:
A server rack assembly receives a plurality of servers. The server rack assembly includes a server rack, a bus-bar, and a power supply. The server rack includes a stand column. The server rack defines a plurality of server spaces for receiving the plurality of servers. A bus-bar is mounted to the server rack and includes a plurality of connectors aligned in a first direction substantially parallel to the stand column. The bus-bar is adapted to electronically plug to the plurality of servers. The power supply device is electronically connected to one of the plurality of connectors of the bus-bar. The power supply device is adapted to output direct current to the bus-bar. The power supply is approximately twice the height of each of the plurality of server spaces.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus and method for forming an oxidation layer on a manifold block for a fuel cell stack, which forms an oxidation layer uniformly over the entire surface of a long and complicated internal flow field of a manifold block. In particular, the apparatus for forming an oxidation layer on a manifold block for a fuel cell stack includes: an electrolyte bath which contains an electrolyte required for the formation of the oxidation layer, an electrode for supplying a required electron flow for the formation of the oxidation layer from a power supply to the manifold block immersed in the electrolyte of the electrolyte bath and to the electrolyte, and an air supply for supplying oxygen to the electrolyte. Even more particularly, the electrode connected to the electrolyte is inserted into each internal flow field of the manifold block to provide an effective electron flow therein.
Abstract:
The power supply device includes a main bus-bar assembly, an assistant bus-bar assembly, and a plurality of connectors being electronically connected to the assistant bus-bar assembly. The main bus-bar assembly includes a first main bus-bar and a second main bus-bar attached to the first main bus-bar. The assistant bus-bar assembly includes a first assistant bus-bar and a second assistant bus-bar attached to the first assistant bus-bar. The first assistant bus-bar is electronically connected to the first main bus-bar, and the second assistant bus-bar is connected to the second main bus-bar. Each of the plurality of connector includes a first pin and a second pin. The first pin is engaged with the first assistant bus-bar, and the second pin is engaged with the second assistant bus-bar.
Abstract:
A motion detection method for a display device includes the steps of capturing images from a position on the display device to generate a plurality of capture images, calculating a moving status of the display device according to the plurality of capture images, and adjusting a display range of the display device relative to an image data according to the moving status.
Abstract:
Systems and methods compress data and control data compression in borehole communication. The systems and methods convert original data collected by a sensor from a first domain into a second domain, wherein the original data is associated with one or more properties of an underground formation. A predetermined number of significant coefficients is selected from components of the second domain, wherein the predetermined number of significant coefficients are components of the second domain with largest amplitudes. The selected predetermined number of significant coefficients is quantized via an quantization technique and the selected predetermined number of significant coefficients is encoded into compressed data via an encoder.
Abstract:
A method for changing a screen size using a multi-touch preferably comprises: executing a contents; inputting a multi-touch signal that requests a display size change of a contents screen that executed the contents. At least one of the horizontal display size and the vertical display size of the contents screen are changed in size according to the inputted multi-touch signal, and outputting the changed contents screen.
