    摘要: The present invention relates to a starch adhesive mixed with zeolite powder to provide suitable absorption function for corrugated cardboards, and a method for making the adhesive. The adhesive comprises: corn starch as main ingredient, zeolite powder suitably mixed with said corn starch, water, and additives like caustic soda and borax. The corn starch is mixed with zeolite powder in an amount of zeolite powder being 20˜33% of the total weight of corn starch and the zeolite powder, and said adhesive is prepared and adjusted to have a lower gelation temperature. The present invention solves the problem that the initial adhesive strength of adhesive would decrease because of addition of the zeolite powder to the adhesive and would make the drying time longer and then deteriorating the initial adhesive strength. The present invention will make it more efficient and predictable for the mass production of the zeolite starch corrugated cardboards.

    摘要: A wristwatch worn by a user for measuring a three-lead ECG includes three electrodes placed separately on the front, either side, and back or strap thereof. The wristwatch further includes an electrode panel having the electrode on the front or either side of the watch, sensing elements, pressure, infrared or impedance detectors, and circuits. The electrode panel is capable of sensing the contact or press of fingers to trigger the ECG measuring. While the electrode in the back-side of the watch contacts the hand wearing the watch, the electrode and electrode panel on the front or either side of the watch are pressed by fingers from the other hand, and the electrode in the strap contacts the abdomen or left leg simultaneously. Thus, a three-lead ECG can be measured. ECG data can be transmitted to a personal or hospital computer by wireless networks or flash memory.

The first flip-flop circuit includes a master-side latch circuit that generates intermediate data, a slave-side latch circuit that detects the intermediate data and outputs the data as the first output data, and a control signal switching circuit that selects and outputs the first output data as a control signal in a mode where the frequency is divided by 3, and selects and outputs a predefined fixed signal as a control signal in a mode where the frequency is divided by 4. The master-side latch circuit generates the intermediate data based on the second output data and the control signal.

    摘要: Disclosed are embodiments of a field effect transistor that incorporates an elongated semiconductor body with a spiral-shaped center channel region wrapped one or more times around a gate and with ends that extend outward from the center region in opposite directions away from the gate. Source/drain regions are formed in the end regions by either doping the end regions or by biasing a back gate to impart a preselected Fermi potential on the end regions. This disclosed structure allows the transistor size to be scaled without decreasing the effective channel length to the point where deleterious short-channel effects are exhibited. It further allows the transistor size to be scaled while also allowing the effective channel length to be selectively increased (e.g., by increasing the number of times the channel wraps around the gate). Also, disclosed are embodiments of an associated method of forming the transistor.
