    Abstract: A system for combined production of yellow phosphorous and syngas is disclosed. The air separation unit, the pulverized coal preparation unit and the mineral aggregate forming unit are respectively connected to a gas inlet and a top feeding port of the phosphorus coal gasifier; phosphorus-containing syngas obtained from phosphorus coal gasifier is connected to a gas inlet of the separating washing unit through an outlet of the phosphorous coal gasifier; Yellow phosphorus products and crude syngas are respectively output from the output port of the separating washing unit; and then the crude syngas is purified to obtain refined syngas. A slag discharge port at the bottom of the phosphorus coal gasifier is connected to an input port of a slag cold quenching unit. The system can improve the available energy of yellow phosphorous production, the production capacity of yellow phosphorus and the yield of syngas, and reduce CO2 emission.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a graded oxygen regulating, explosion preventing and recycling system and method for liquid nitrogen wash tail gas, and relates to the technical field of environmental protection and energy utilization. The system provided by the present disclosure includes a multi section catalytic combustor, the multi-section catalytic combustor being divided into a first-section catalytic combustion region, a second-section catalytic combustion region, and a third-section catalytic combustion region, the first-section catalytic combustion region and the second-section catalytic combustion region being internally filled with multiple layers of catalysts that are disposed at intervals, and an air flow guide pipe being arranged above each layer of catalyst; a first-section heat exchanger communicating with the first-section catalytic combustion region; a second-section heat exchanger communicating with the second-section catalytic combustion region; a pulverized coal drying section communicating with the second-section heat exchanger; and a boiler section communicating with the third-section catalytic combustion region.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a microwave-based high-throughput material processing device with a concentric rotary chassis. The device includes a microwave source generator, a microwave reaction chamber, and a temperature acquisition device. The microwave reaction chamber is provided with a rotary table, a thermal insulation barrel and a crucible die. The thermal insulation barrel is disposed on the rotary table, and the crucible die is disposed in the thermal insulation barrel. The crucible die is provided with a plurality of first grooves, and the first grooves are evenly distributed on a first circumference. A plurality of first fixing holes are disposed on a top of the thermal insulation barrel, and the first fixing holes are disposed corresponding to the first grooves. A first acquisition hole is disposed on the top of the microwave reaction chamber, and the first acquisition hole is located right above the first circumference.
