A composite magnetic material has sufficient flexibility and can be produced with a high producing ability without having inferior form. The composite magnetic material contains soft magnetic metal powder and resin composition containing an A component, which is an acryl copolymer with an epoxy group, and a B component, which is phenol resin, in which the soft magnetic metal powder is dispersed in the resin composition, and a mass ratio denoted by the A component/the B component is 4 to 99. It is preferable that the mass ratio denoted by the soft magnetic metal powder/the A component+the B component) be 1 to 49.

A clay film composite which exhibits high gas barrier properties even under high humidity conditions is provided. The clay film composite having a clay film including a clay without or with an additive, and provided on at least one surface thereof, a water vapor barrier layer having a water permeability of 1.0 g/m2·day or less. The clay film preferably has a distance between clay particle layers of 1.3 nm or less. The clay film preferably has a water content of 3.0% by mass or less. It is preferable to melt-bond the water vapor barrier layer to the clay film.

The electrostatic chuck device includes a substrate, a laminated body that is laminated on the substrate and that includes at least an internal electrode, and a ceramic layer that is laminated on the upper surface of the laminated body in the thickness direction. The electrostatic chuck device is such that the substrate has a through-hole provided so as to pass through in the thickness direction, a sleeve formed from an insulating material is inserted into the through-hole, and the sleeve is joined to the through-hole via a joining means at an upper portion of the substrate in the thickness direction.
