    Abstract: (1) A methacrylic ester or an acrylic ester is anionically polymerized, using a polymerization initiator compound comprising an addition reaction product of a conjugated diene compound and an organic alkali metal compound, in the presence of a tertiary organoaluminum compound having in the molecule thereof a chemical structure represented by a formula: Al—O—Ar wherein Ar represents an aromatic ring; or (2) a methacrylic ester or an acrylic ester is anionically polymerized, using a polymerization initiator compound comprising an addition reaction product of an organic alkali metal compound and a compound having a 1,1-diaryl-1-alkene structure, by adding the ester in the form of a mixture with the above-mentioned specific tertiary organoaluminum compound to the polymerization system. In this way, various species of the esters can be anionically polymerized with a high initiation efficiency and a high living polymerization property in a solvent which can easily be recovered and reused under a mild cooling condition, using an organic alkali metal compound which has relatively good convenience.

    Abstract: A steam turbine includes a turbine casing, in which a turbine rotor is accommodated so as to extend along a direction of flow of steam, and a plurality of turbine pressure sections are mounted to the turbine rotor, which includes, in combination, at least two or more of a turbine high pressure portion, a turbine intermediate pressure portion and a turbine low pressure portion. The turbine casing is divided into two casing sections, each of the divided turbine casing sections being further divided into a turbine casing upper half and a turbine casing lower half, and the turbine casing lower halves of the divided turbine casing sections being connected to each other by a fastening member such as stud bolt inserted from a side of the turbine low pressure portion.

    Abstract: Each time a document or a program source is edited, version information including its version name and creation date is stored in a storage. Configuration information of a plurality of documents and program sources is stored in another storage. The version and configuration information is read from the storages such that information of constituent elements of a project such as documents and program sources is placed in a vertical direction and version information of the elements is placed by use of a creation date as a reference in a horizontal direction for a two-dimensional display thereof.
