A disposable set for cell culture includes a cell culture container (CC) having a liquid inlet (Lin) and a liquid outlet (Lout), a cell separation kit (A) that is for separating cells used for cell culture and is connected to the liquid inlet (Lin), and a cell collection kit (B) that is for washing and concentrating cultured cells in the cell culture container (CC) and is connected to the liquid outlet (Lout), and a cell culture device uses the disposable set for cell culture and includes flow path on-off valves and pumps provided at appropriate positions of pipelines of the disposable set and a controller controlling them.

The separation of a red blood cell-rich fraction, a white blood cell-rich fraction, and/or a platelet-rich fraction from a biological fluid can be accomplished by capturing white blood cells and platelets on a blood cell separation material by contacting the biological fluid with the blood cell separation material, thereby providing a red blood cell-rich fraction; and recovering a white blood cell-rich fraction by separating white blood cells captured from the resulting blood cell separation material using a separation solution.

A distribution management and unauthorized operation management device generates a one-time URL by using URL of content information specified by a user terminal and transmits the one-time URL and bandwidth information concerning the content information to the user terminal. A session control server extracts the one-time URL from a session control message transmitted from the user terminal, transmits it to the distribution management and unauthorized operation management device, and establishes a session between the content distribution server and the user terminal according to an authentication result performed by using the one-time URL transmitted from the distribution management and unauthorized operation management device and a correlation result obtained by correlating the bandwidth information contained in the session control message transmitted from the user terminal with the bandwidth information transmitted together with the authentication result from the distribution management and unauthorized operation management device.
