    摘要: The invention relates to a compact reactor that consists of a number of plates that are arranged like stacks and spaced some distance apart, whereby a) The plates are separated by spacers and are sealed off from one another in a gas-tight manner, b) The plates are profiled in the shape of waves, so that flow channels are formed by the wave troughs that are separated from one another by the wave crests (fins), c) The flow channels run parallel to one another and parallel to one side of the plate, d) The flow channels at least partially contain at least one catalyst material that is introduced such that gaseous and/or liquid media can flow through the flow channels, and e) The compact reactor has means (headers) for feeding at least two gaseous and/or liquid media to the flow channels or removing them therefrom. The invention also relates to the use of a compact reactor. The gaseous and/or liquid medium that flows in the flow channels can flow through the fins between the individual flow channels of a plate.

    摘要: A semiconductor memory configuration in a semiconductor substrate includes bit lines, word lines, and memory cells each including one memory capacitor and one MOS selection transistor having two conducting regions and a gate electrode. Each memory capacitor is connected to one of the conducting regions of the transistor. The other of the conducting regions of the transistor is connected to one of the bit lines, and the gate electrode of the transistor is connected to one of the word lines. An insulating field oxide or buried insulating oxide with substantially vertical sidewalls is provided. A trench lies adjacent to the insulating field oxide or buried insulating oxide and adjacent to one of the conducting regions. The capacitors are each disposed in one trench for each memory cell. A first insulating layer covers the inner trench wall surface. A first electrode of the capacitor is disposed perpendicular to the substrate surface on the first insulating layer completely inside the trench. A second insulating layer is disposed on the first electrode. A second electrode is disposed vertically on the second insulating layer in the trench. A contact is connected between the first electrode of the capacitor and one of the conducting regions of the transistor laterally through an opening formed in the first insulating layer on the inner trench wall surface. Methods for producing the semiconductor memory configuration and a memory matrix having at least four of the memory cells, are also provided.

    摘要: A paper web travels together with a support belt over two heatable drying cylinders and a guide roll between the cylinders, which together define a pocket. Vacuum prevails in the pocket upon operation. Above the pocket there is provided a sealing strip support with sealing strips fastened to it. The sealing strips are at the drying cylinders where they enter the pocket, and these strips counter the penetration of air into the pocket. The sealing strip support is moveable in various ways so that the distance between the sealing strips and the cylinder outer surfaces can be enlarged temporarily. The guide roll is hollow, is connectable with a vacuum source and has a perforated roll shell and is free of stationary inserted parts. A separate vacuum source communicates with extra perforations at axial end edge chambers of the guide roll for applying greater vacuum at the edge chambers than over the remainder of the roll.
