    摘要: A multi-stage transmission with nine forward gears and one reverse gear comprising four planetary gear sets, eight rotatable shafts and six shift elements. The sun gear of the first set is connected to fourth shaft which is couplable to a housing by the first brake, the carrier of the first set is connected to the third shaft, which is coupled to the housing by the second brake, which is detachably connectable to the drive shaft, via the first clutch, and via a second clutch is detachably connectable to the seventh shaft. The seventh shaft is connected to the ring gear of the second set and with the sun of the fourth set, and the drive shaft is connected to the sun of the second set and to the carrier of the third set. The sixth shaft is connected to the ring gear of the first set, the carrier of the second set and the sun gear of the third set. The ring gear of the fourth set is connected to the fifth shaft which can be coupled to the housing via the third brake. The output shaft, via a third clutch, is detachably connectable to the eighth shaft, which is connected to the ring gear of the second set and to the carrier of the fourth set.

    摘要: A planetary transmission with at least one planetary gearset including planetary gears supported on a planetary gear carrier. The planetary carrier has inner teeth, which engage outer teeth of a shaft to form a lock tooth array. To secure the planetary carrier axially on the shaft, the planetary carrier is placed with one axial end against a stop on the shaft and the opposite axial end is fixed axially with a circlip fit into a circlip groove in the shaft. At least one axially adjacent component is supported against the planetary carrier such that an axial bearing is arranged radially and axially adjacent to the circlip and includes a roller group guided in a cage and a first check-disk. A second check-disk is arranged radially opposite and at a distance from the circlip in such manner that when assembled, the circlip cannot escape from the circlip groove in the shaft.

    摘要: A planetary gear set lubricating unit which supplies oil from inside a component adjacent the planetary gear set, via a radial bore and an oil catcher, axially through a bore of a planetary gear bolt to planetary gear bearings. The oil catcher forms a ring-shaped chamber, which can be filled with lubricant, and is arranged beside the planetary carrier approximately over the reference diameter of the planetary bolt. The oil catcher has outlet pipes extending axially to direct oil in the chamber. The oil catcher has ovular radial protrusions arranged such that a maximum radial dimension is close to the bolts and a minimum radial dimension is arranged between adjacent planetary bolts. The radially inner edge of the axial bore of the planetary bolts is radially located between the minimum and maximum dimensions of the protrusions. The chamber is delimited by a cover plate and a gasket.
