Abstract: A communications method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: A first terminal side device determines a frequency domain resource of a scheduled first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), where the first PDSCH corresponds to a first demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) on a first antenna port; and when the frequency domain resource includes N consecutive frequency domain units, and there is a second DM-RS on a second antenna port in each of L consecutive frequency domain units in the N frequency domain units, determines that precoding of each second DM-RS is the same. The second DM-RS and the first DM-RS are in a same code division multiplexing (CDM) group, the second DM-RS corresponds to a second PDSCH scheduled for a second terminal side device, each N and L is an integer greater than 1, and L is less than or equal to N.

The method includes: A service communication proxy receives a service request message sent by a service invoking network element. The service request message is used to request to invoke a first service, the service request message indicates version information of a first service-based interface supported by the service invoking network element, and the first service-based interface is an interface corresponding to the first service. The service communication proxy selects a first service providing network element based on the service request message. The first service providing network element and the service invoking network element support a same version of the first service-based interface. The service request message indicates the version information of the first service-based interface supported by the service invoking network element, so that the service communication proxy may determine an appropriate service providing network element.

The method in this embodiment of this application includes: receiving, by a visited core network control plane V-CP, a first message from a home core network control plane H-CP, where the first message includes a local breakout LBO policy based on a subscribed service, and the subscribed service is a service on which local breakout needs to be performed and that is of a user; and sending, by the V-CP, the LBO policy to a visited core network user plane V-UP, so that the LBO policy is installed on the V-UP to implement local breakout processing for the subscribed service.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a QoS guarantee method. In one example method, a control plane gateway obtains a QoS parameter. The QoS parameter comprises an allocation/retention priority (ARP) and a QoS class identifier (QCI). The control plane gateway maps the QoS parameter to QoS guarantee information. The QoS guarantee information comprises a differentiated services code point (DSCP) parameter. The control plane gateway sends the QoS guarantee information to a user plane gateway. The QoS guarantee information is to be used by the user plane gateway for QoS marking.
