Abstract: In an antenna design, a metal frame of an electronic device and a printed circuit board (PCB) form a slot antenna radiator, where two common mode (CM) slot antenna modes of the slot antenna radiator are excited through anti-symmetrical feeding, so that when dual resonances and wideband coverage are implemented, specific absorption ratio (SAR) values in the two CM slot antenna modes are close.

The first radio frequency link includes a component configured to detect an antenna parameter. The second radio frequency link includes a tunable component. An example method includes obtaining first antenna parameter information of the first radio frequency link by using the component that is comprised in the first radio frequency link and that is configured to detect an antenna parameter. The example method further includes tuning, based on the first antenna parameter information by using the tunable component in the second radio frequency link, an antenna corresponding to the second radio frequency link.

Abstract: An antenna assembly, an apparatus having the antenna assembly, and a method of manufacturing the antenna assembly are disclosed. Antenna performance in, e.g., mobile devices is improved via an antenna assembly which allows wide-angle beam scanning across a wide frequency bandwidth. Wide beam coverage may in turn contribute to improving multi-surface spherical beam coverage, such as in broadside direction and endfire direction, and to reducing the amount of needed antenna modules. A tightly-coupled dipole array exhibits wide operating frequency bandwidth characteristics.

Abstract: A display stack with millimeter-wave antenna functionality comprising a plurality of adjoining layers, the layers comprising at least a cover layer, a touch sensor panel layer comprising a touch sensor arrangement, and a display panel layer. The touch sensor panel layer comprises a first sensor line grid pattern and a second sensor line grid pattern, the first sensor line grid pattern comprising a plurality of continuous first sensor lines, the second sensor line grid pattern comprising a plurality of continuous second sensor lines. At least a part of the first sensor lines and the second sensor lines are configured to function as radiators for the millimeter wave antenna functionality. This allows providing the millimeter wave antenna in the touch sensor panel structure without the antenna and the touch sensor panel interfering with each other.

Abstract: An electronic device includes an antenna structure having an antenna radiator, a first circuit, a first feeding element, and a second feeding element. The electrical signal of the first feeding element has a same phase on the feeding input ports. The electrical signal of the second feeding element has opposite phases on the feeding input ports.
