Abstract: A method and system for measuring a service transmission status of a user equipment is provided. A first service station transmits a first data packet for a user equipment; the first service station determines at least one second service station that transmits a second data packet for the user equipment; and the first service station instructs the at least one second service station to measure a service transmission status of the user equipment, where the first data packet and the second data packet are different data packets of a same service of the user equipment or data packets of different services. According to the method and system, a service transmission status of a user equipment can be measured in a multi-station transmission scenario.

Abstract: A method comprises: determining an uplink shared resource and a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) that are of user equipment (UE); sending uplink data by using the uplink shared resource, wherein the uplink data comprises an identifier and the DM-RS that are of the UE; calculating an agreed feedback location, wherein the agreed feedback location is obtained according to a resource location of the uplink shared resource and the DM-RS; calculating an offset of the UE, wherein the offset of the UE is obtained according to the identifier of the UE; and receiving acknowledgement information (ACK) at a resource location of a downlink resource, wherein the resource location of the downlink resource is indicated by a combination of the agreed feedback location and the offset. According to the method, so that each UE is clear about whether the uplink data of the UE is successfully sent.

Abstract: The present invention provides an uplink reference signal sending method, and the method includes: sending, by a terminal device, an uplink reference signal on N1 second component carriers within a determined uplink reference signal sending time, and prohibiting, on M1 first component carriers in M first component carriers within the sending time, the terminal device from sending an uplink signal, where the first component carriers are carriers on which scheduling of uplink data transmission is allowed, and the second component carriers are carriers on which scheduling of uplink data transmission is prohibited. N1≤M1, in other words, within the sending time, a quantity N1 of second component carriers on which the uplink reference signal is sent is less than or equal to a quantity M1 of first component carriers on which sending of the uplink signal is prohibited.

Abstract: The present application provides a method for accessing a wireless local area network, a base station controller, and a user equipment. The method includes: determining, by a base station controller of a user equipment, a first access point set, and sending information about the first access point set to the user equipment; and determining, by the user equipment according to the first access point set, an access point for accessing a wireless local area network. In embodiments of the present application, when a user equipment needs to access a wireless local area network through an access point to access the Internet, a base station controller may notify the user equipment of an available access point. In this way, the user equipment can access the wireless local area network directly through the available access point and does not need to request a password from an operator and enter the password during access.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a security configuration method for a radio bearer and a device. The method may include: obtaining, by a base station, a first security configuration message, where the first security configuration message is used to indicate whether security configuration needs to be performed on each of N radio bearers set up between the base station and a terminal device, and indicate security configuration parameters for M radio bearers on which security configuration needs to be performed, where N is a positive integer, M is an integer, and M≤N; and sending, by the base station, the first security configuration message to the terminal device. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, applicability of security configuration can be improved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cell multicast service processing method and a device. The method may include receiving, by a first base station, a multicast service session start message sent by a multicast coordination entity. The method may also include sending, by the first base station, a multicast service session start failure message or a multicast service session start response message to the MCE, where the multicast service session start failure message indicates that a multicast service fails to be started for all the cells that are managed by the first base station and for which a multicast service session is to be started, and the multicast service session start response message includes an identifier of a cell for which a multicast service is successfully started among the cells that are managed by the first base station and for which a multicast service session is to be started.

Abstract: A mobility management method, user equipment, and a network device are provided. The mobility management method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE in a connected state, a handover-free UE identifier from a network device, where the handover-free UE identifier is used to uniquely identify the UE in a handover-free state in a handover-free area, and the handover-free area includes at least two cells; entering, by the UE, the handover-free state after meeting an activation condition, where in the handover-free state, the UE stores the handover-free UE identifier and a connection context that is of the UE in the connected state, and the UE does not execute a handover procedure when the UE moves in the handover-free area; sending, by the UE, the handover-free UE identifier to the network device after the UE determines that a deactivation condition is met.
