The method includes: determining, by abase station, a feedback manner of HARQ feedback information, where the feedback manner includes feeding back the HARQ feedback information or not feeding back the HARQ feedback information; and sending, by the base station, first signaling to a user equipment, where the first signaling carries the feedback manner of the HARQ feedback information. The embodiments of the present invention can improve an HARQ mechanism, so as to support new technologies in a small cell more effectively.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a radio communication method, a user equipment, and a network side device, the radio communication method includes: receiving, by a network side device, a random access preamble signal transmitted by a user equipment, where duration of the random access preamble signal is one SC-FDMA symbol or one OFDM symbol, thus air interface overhead of random access can be greatly reduced in a condition that a user equipment can access a cell randomly. The cell may be a microcell or other similar cells.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for supporting user equipment in task execution, which are used to resolve a problem that a result of measurement and/or synchronization performed by user equipment is erroneous. In the method, a first network-side device acquires duration of a cell working state, where the duration of the cell working state includes duration for which a cell performs signal sending and/or duration for which the cell does not perform signal sending; and the first network-side device determines a time for user equipment to perform measurement and/or synchronization, where the time for the user equipment to perform measurement is within a range of duration for which a to-be-measured cell performs signal sending, and the time for the user equipment to perform synchronization is within a range of duration for which a serving cell performs signal sending.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a spectrum allocation method and device. The method includes: determining, by a first base station, according to first broadcast information sent by at least one second base station, usage of a preferred frequency band of the at least one second base station; and determining, by the first base station, according to the usage of the preferred frequency band of the at least one second base station, use of the preferred frequency band of the at least one second base station by the first base station. Therefore, it is implemented that a spectrum resource utilization ratio is improved.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a radio signal measurement method and apparatus. The radio signal measurement method includes: receiving a first subframe, where the first subframe includes a first resource and a second resource; and determining a first measurement quantity of a measured cell according to received power of at least some resource elements REs on the first resource, where the measured cell is a cell in which a signal is sent on each of a time domain resource occupied by the second resource, and the time domain resource occupied by the second resource includes a time domain resource occupied by the first resource. Embodiments of the present invention further provide a corresponding apparatus. The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention can suppress severe near-end interference existing in an unlicensed secondary serving cell.
