摘要： A protective device for eyes, for example, goggles of a shield, includes a double lens member, a frame member and a face fixation member. The double lens member includes a front lens, a back lens and a gasket. The front lens and the back lens are made of polycarbonate resins, polyurethane resins, polyester resins or polyamide resins. The front lens and the back lens are disposed in parallel with the gasket therebetween in order to form a space surrounded with the front lens, the back lens and the gasket. This device is excellent in the antifogging property in the double lens.

摘要： A packet routing apparatus that simultaneously implements prompt route recovery and continuation of communication by an optimal route. A radio reception section (103) receives a radio signal including packet data received in a transmission/reception antenna (101) via a circulator (102). Further, the radio reception section (103) detects disconnection of an adhoc network by a decrease in electric filed strength of a signal from a communicating party. A radio reception section (104) transmits a radio signal including a route search packet, route response packet or the like from the transmission/reception antenna (101) via the circulator (102). When the adhoc network is disconnected, a control section (105) performs processing of route recovery for transmitting a route search packet to a destination wireless adhoc terminal, while performing route reconstruction processing for reporting route disconnection to a transmission source wireless adhoc terminal.

摘要： An image combined high sensitivity image and low sensitivity image is provided with well-adjusted white balance and broad dynamic range. The image is obtained by multiplying the combined data by total gain that depends on scene. A white balance is adjusted with gain value calculated from of high output image data. Lv value representing luminance is calculated and compared with a threshold to decide whether or not the high sensitivity image and the low sensitivity image should be combined. First gamma correction unit performs gamma-correction for the image signal derived from the high sensitivity signal with first gamma character, second gamma correction unit performs gamma-correction for the image signal derived from the low sensitivity signal with second gamma character that is different from the first gamma character, and addition unit combines the image signal from the first gamma correction unit and the image signal from the second gamma correction unit.

摘要： A gas turbine control system is disclosed which operates to stabilize the system frequency in a case of transitional variations of the system frequency without making the strength of hot gas path parts of the gas turbine below a maximum stress value of the hot gas path parts. When a system frequency abnormality is detected, the output of the gas turbine is adjusted to recover the system frequency by making a gas turbine combustion gas temperature control inoperative. For this purpose, there are provided a logical circuit operative to make the gas turbine combustion gas temperature control disabled or inoperative in response to an abnormal system frequency detection signal, and a recovery circuit that operates to cancel the inoperative state of the gas turbine combustion gas temperature control. The detection of an abnormal system frequency may be carried out by an outside signal. An abnormality detection unit may be provided in a combined cycle plant.

When performing a new connection to a local area network, the virtual router information can be automatically set. Thus, it is possible to significantly reduce the load required for building a virtual router system by manual setting conventionally performed by a management operator.
