摘要： In an embodiment, an information processing apparatus includes: a converting unit; a selecting unit; a dividing unit; a generating unit; and a display processing unit. The converting unit recognizes a voice input from a user into a character string. The selecting unit selects characters from the character string according to designation of the user. The dividing unit converts the selected characters into phonetic characters and divides the phonetic characters into phonetic characters of sound units. The generating unit extracts similar character candidates corresponding to each of the divided phonetic characters of the sound units, from a similar character dictionary storing a plurality of phonetic characters of sound units similar in sound as the similar character candidates in association with each other, and generates correction character candidates for the selected characters. The display processing unit makes a display unit display the generated correction character candidates selectable by the user.

A switch supplies a current signal generated by a first charge pump to a loop filter. A counter counts a cycle number of the second signal included in one cycle period of a reference signal. A second charge pump supplies, to the loop filter, a first current signal having a constant value and a second current signal having a constant value whose polarity is reverse to that of the first current signal. The control circuit controls the switch and the second charge pump based on a comparison between the cycle number of the second signal counted by the counter and a value X.

摘要： A gas turbine control system is disclosed which operates to stabilize the system frequency in a case of transitional variations of the system frequency without making the strength of hot gas path parts of the gas turbine below a maximum stress value of the hot gas path parts. When a system frequency abnormality is detected, the output of the gas turbine is adjusted to recover the system frequency by making a gas turbine combustion gas temperature control inoperative. For this purpose, there are provided a logical circuit operative to make the gas turbine combustion gas temperature control disabled or inoperative in response to an abnormal system frequency detection signal, and a recovery circuit that operates to cancel the inoperative state of the gas turbine combustion gas temperature control. The detection of an abnormal system frequency may be carried out by an outside signal. An abnormality detection unit may be provided in a combined cycle plant.

The generator includes a D/A converter converting a multiplication result into analog frequency error information, and an integrator converting the analog frequency error information into analog phase error information to output the analog phase error information as the analog control signal.

A bias controller generates a low-frequency signal, extracts the frequency component of a low-frequency signal from an electrical signal fed back thereto, and compares the phase of the frequency component of the low-frequency signal generated thereby with that of the frequency component of the extracted low-frequency signal, to generate a direct-current voltage with which the operating point of an optical modulator is optimized. Using a half-wave voltage of the optical modulator and an optimum voltage, a bottom voltage calculation unit calculates a bottom voltage corresponding to a minimum of the operation characteristic curve of the modulator. A voltage selection unit selects the direct-current voltage during normal operation, to apply the optical modulator with a bias voltage derived from the direct-current voltage, and selects the bottom voltage at the time of shutdown, to apply the bottom voltage to the modulator.

摘要： Disclosed is a novel lectin which can bind specifically to an L-fucose α1→6 sugar chain. Also disclosed is use of the lectin. The L-fucose α1→6 specific lectin of the present invention is characterized in that: (1) the lectin is extracted from a basidiomycete or an ascomycete; (2) the lectin has a molecular weight by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) of 4,000 to 40,000; and (3) the lectin has an affinity to an L-fucose α1→6 sugar chain, the affinity being represented by an association constant of 1.0×104M−1 or more (at 25 degrees C.). The lectin can be used for detecting an L-fucose α1→6 sugar chain specifically, and is effective for the purification of an L-fucose α1→6 sugar chain or a non L-fucose α1→6 sugar chain.
