    摘要： A motor driven camera has a detachable drive unit, and includes a motor drive circuit which is activated for driving a film wind-up and shutter charge motor on receipt of a signal representative of termination of an exposure. The camera also includes a selector capable of being set at a single frame photographing position as well as at a continuous photographing position, and a control mechanism for preventing generation of the signal with the selector set at the single frame photographing position. A signal generating device is associated with a film wind-up stop mechanism for generating the signal when the stop mechanism is disengaged from a film wind-up and shutter charge mechanism in response to termination of an exposure, disengagement of the stop mechanism being prevented or the signal generating device being deactivated by the control mechanism when the selector is set at its single frame photographing position. The control mechanism is disabled to permit the generation of the signal when a shutter release member is returned from its operative position to its non-operative position.

    摘要： An electrically controlled self-timer is operable only when an eye-piece shutter is moved to an operative position to block extraneous light having passed through an eye-piece of the viewfinder optics to prevent it from impinging on a light responsive element, which is normally disposed to receive scene light having passed through a camera objective to generate an electric signal commensurate with the intensity of the light thus received for automatic exposure control. When a manually operable member is at a predetermined position, the eye-piece shutter is moved to the operative position and a switch is closed to operate a self-timer control circuit. Further, when the manually operable member is at another predetermined position the eye-piece shutter remains at the operative position, or alternatively when another manually operable member is operated, another switch is closed to initiate the operation of the electric control circuit which has been made operable beforehand by the closing of the first mentioned switch. In response to the operation of the electric control circuit, the self-timer operation is initiated.

    摘要： A camera includes a stroke change-over member which is in first position and a second position respectively when a shutter dial is set for electric exposure control mode and for mechanical exposure control mode. The stroke change-over member, when in the first position, restricts the stroke of the movement of a mechanical release initiating member and, when in the second position, allows the movement of the mechanical release initiating member beyond the restricted stroke, the movement being caused by depression of a shutter button. The camera further includes an electromagnetic release initiating member movable from a first to a second position in response to the depression of the shutter button and a locking member for locking the electromagnetic release initiating member at the first position when the shutter dial is set for mechanical exposure control. The electromagnetic release initiating member allows an electromagnetic release device to release the shutter mechanism when moved a short distance before the movement of the mechanical release initiating member is restricted by the stroke change-over member. The mechanical release initiating member, when moved beyond the restricted stroke, serves to retain the locking of a winding member by another locking member, thereby preventing accidental winding of a film and charging of the shutter mechanism with the shutter button kept depressed as well as allows a mechanical release device to release the shutter mechanism.

    摘要： A single lens reflex camera in which the diaphragm aperture is stopped-down to a preset position before measuring the image light for use in the automatic exposure control mechanism of the camera. A mirror, which is provided in the camera along its optical path, is movable between a viewing position and a retracted photographing position. The camera has a focal plane shutter with two curtains. Upon exposure, the curtains travel in sequence in the same direction in which the mirror is retracted. Initiation of the movement of the first curtain begins before the mirror is fully retracted, thereby enabling the time lag between a shutter release operation and exposure to be reduced.

    摘要： A camera has a cavity for receiving a self-processing film cassette and includes an automatic exposure control circuit and a flash device which are provided with energizing contacts located in the cassette receiving cavity. The film cassette houses a battery connected to contacts mounted on the cassette and engaging the cavity contacts when the cassette is received in the cavity. The exposure circuit responds to a photosensitive element exposed to the objective traversing light reflected by the film at the objective focal plane. The camera includes a synchronous switch whose closing position responds to the focussing of the objective lens.
