The present invention proposes a method for transmitting a broadcasting signal. The method for transmitting a broadcasting signal according to the present invention proposes a system that can support a next generation broadcasting service in an environment supporting next generation hybrid broadcasting which uses a terrestrial broadcasting network and an Internet network. Also, the present invention proposes an effective signaling scheme that can cover both the terrestrial broadcasting network and the Internet network in the environment that supports the next hybrid broadcasting.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a method and device, including sending a first message for Bluetooth pairing to a second device, receiving a second message for the Bluetooth pairing from the second device based on the first message, and forming the communication link based on the received message. The first message comprises an identifier (ID) of the first device, and the second message comprises information related to the communication link.

The broadcast signal transmitting method comprises the steps of: processing at least one component of a broadcast service on the basis of a delivery protocol; generating service layer signaling (SLS) information including information on the component; generating service list table (SLT) information including bootstrap information for acquiring the SLS information; and generating a signal frame including a physical layer pipe (PLP) by performing a physical layer processing on the at least one component, the SLS information and the SLT information.
