摘要： A sheet discharging device has a conveying weight for pressing a conveyed sheet to a caterpillar belt. The pressing force of the weight is increased both when the sheet is discharged from the caterpillar belt to a placement tray, and when the sheet is switched back and conveyed to the bottom of the caterpillar belt. The pressing force of the weight is increased concurrently with the driving of a paddle provided at an outlet of the placement tray. The pressing force is increased by a rubber piece provided on a paddle driving shaft that rotates out of phase with the paddle, so as to engage and press the conveying weight at a predetermined time. The device is capable of reliably conveying a wide variety of sheets onto a tray and transferring the conveyed sheets to a predetermined tray position.

A refilling device is provided for refilling the adhesive to the dispensing device, and a moving device moves the dispensing device between a dispending position where the adhesive is dispensed to the edge of the sheet bundle and a refilling position where the adhesive is supplied to the dispensing device from the refilling device.

The generated electrostatic force is varied by varying the voltage applied to each driving electrode.

When discharging a sheet bundle, a stacking tray is lowered and when it reaches its home position, the aforementioned stacking tray is stopped. When discharging a sheet, the system determines whether it is the first sheet of a plurality of sheets in a bundle. For the first sheet, a timer is set to a predetermined time from raising to stopping the aforementioned stacking tray (using a pulse count value) and the aforementioned stacking tray is raised. After the set time is up, the stacking tray is stopped at a preset position.

The fluororesin may be preferably at least one resin selected from polytetrafluoroethylene resins, tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer resins, and tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer resins. The coating composition can be used in various fields including constructions, civil engineering, transportation, communication. The coating films and coated articles produced with the water repellent coating composition exhibit excellent water repellency, antisnow- or antiice-sticking properties, and weatherability.
