    摘要: A method and apparatus for applying network coding in multi-user (MU) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) control signaling are disclosed. After a pair of wireless transmit/receive units (WTRUs) transmit channel state information (CSI) to an evolved Node-B (eNodeB), each of the WTRUs receive network coded information from the eNodeB, including the CSI transmitted by both of the WTRUs, and decode the network coded information. The WTRUs transmit CSI on a scheduled basis, and store CSI that was previously transmitted. Each of the WTRUs measure the amount of time that pass since they transmitted CSI, and use the transmitted CSI to decode the network coded information on the condition that the measured time does not exceed a predetermined threshold. If the measured time exceeds the predetermined threshold, the stored CSI is used to decode the network coded information.

    摘要: A method of decoding enhanced uplink absolute grant channel (E-AGCH) transmissions in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU). E-AGCH data is received, the E-AGCH data including a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) part and a data part, the CRC part having been masked with a WTRU identity (ID). The CRC part and the data part are demultiplexed and the CRC part is demasked with a first WTRU ID. A first CRC is performed with the data part and the CRC part demasked with the first WTRU ID. The data part is decoded on a condition that the first CRC passes.

The primary Node-B sends specified scheduling information to the user equipment that the other Node-Bs does not transmit. At least the primary Node-B transmits acknowledgements and negative acknowledgements to the user equipment.

A user device may determine whether uplink control information and/or available channels meet certain criteria and determine whether the uplink control information should be transmitted on a physical uplink control channel, a physical uplink shared channel, or both, based on the criteria. Criteria may include the size of the uplink control information (absolute size or relative to space available on a channel or a threshold value), the type of control information bits, the number of available (i.e., active or configured) component carriers, and the amount of power that may be required to transmit the uplink control information on more than one channel.
