    摘要: A propulsion assembly is for an endoscope having an elongated tube for entry in a tube of a body cavity. The propulsion assembly includes endless belts for contacting a surface of the body cavity, for propulsion by turning around in an axial direction of the elongated tube. A support sleeve supports the endless belts movably. A distal cover frame is secured to a distal side of the support sleeve. An idler roller is contained in the distal cover frame, engaged with a distal end of the endless belts, for regulating the endless belts in the axial direction. A proximal cover frame is secured to a proximal side of the support sleeve. A driving roller is contained in the proximal cover frame, engaged with a proximal end of the endless belts, for regulating the endless belts in the axial direction. The driving roller drives the endless belts.

    摘要: The main power source unit of an image read-out device supplies power to an laser diode (LD) power supply unit of an electronic cassette through a contact. The LD power supply unit supplies the supplied power to a laser diode (LD), as power used for emitting laser light, and also supplies a portion of the supplied power to an LD power supply unit of the image read-out device through a contact. The power supplied to the LD power supply unit of the image read-out device is supplied as power for emitting laser light to an LD of the image read-out device. When there is a change in the relative position of the casings of the electronic cassette and the image read-out device, the contact and electrical continuation of the contacts breaks and laser light stops being emitted from the LDs.

    摘要: A guide assembly for an endoscope having an elongated tube includes a first inner sleeve, a first outer sleeve, an endless track device, engagement rollers, a second inner sleeve and idler rollers. The endless track device has an annular surface, is supported around the first outer sleeve, for endlessly moving in an axial direction of the elongated tube in contact with a wall of the body cavity, for propulsion of the elongated tube. A setting device as second outer sleeve is shiftable between a set position and a release position, for pressing the idler roller on the engagement roller when in the set position, to nip the endless track device therewith, and for retracting the idler roller from the engagement roller in an outward direction when in the release position, to facilitate removal of the endless track device from the first outer sleeve.

    摘要: Each of two X-ray sources hangs from a hook movably attached to a horizontal bar of a holding device. The horizontal bar is provided with a position indicating section that indicates positions suitable for each of the X-ray sources, corresponding to an object of interest (the size of X-ray irradiation area). The position indicating section has first to third lamps arranged at the respective suitable positions. Out of the first to third lamps, a holding device controller of an imaging control device turns on lamps corresponding to the object of interest inputted from an input device of a console. The hooks are moved along rails to the positions of the lamps turned on, respectively. Movable joints of support legs are operated to adjust a distance between the X-ray sources and an image receiving surface of a cassette.
