    摘要： Improved method for the measurement of substance comprising simultaneously measuring a plurality of specimens of a substance to be measured by enzyme immunoassay. The process comprises:a. reacting specimens and a material which will be specifically combined with the substance to be measured and which has been made in the solid phase;b. separating the reaction mixture in step (a) into the solid phase and the liquid phase;c. reacting the solid phase with an enzyme-labelled product of a material which will be specifically combined with the substance to be measured;d. separating the reaction mixture in the step (c) into the solid phase and the liquid phase;e. reacting the solid phase or the liquid phase with a substrate for the enzyme in the step (c); andf. measuring the optical density of the reaction mixture. The improvement comprises, in step (a), successively contacting the respective specimens with the material which will be specifically combined with the substance to be measured and which has been made in the solid phase, under cooling condition at a temperature ranging from 0.degree. C. to 15.degree. C., followed by simultaneously incubating them at a temperature ranging from room temperature to 45.degree. C. The fluctuation of results can be remarkably smaller by the employment of cooling means.

A greater part of the ribbon is enclosed in the case at a space between the sliding guide and an inlet side of the case. The sliding guide has a front guide plate at an inlet side thereof, and a rear guide plate at an outlet side. The front guide plate has a vertical inlet slit and the rear guide plate has an inclined outlet slit. The ink ribbon is engaged with both the slits so as to correct any twist thereof.

    摘要： A female pipe joint end 3 has a circular groove 11 and a rectangular circular groove 9 in its expanded inner periphery, and a mating male pipe joint end 6 has a tapered insertion edge 5 and a circular groove 7 in its outer periphery. The side wall of the groove 7 nearest the pipe end is perpendicular to the pipe axis; the opposite side wall is tapered. A packing seal 10 is disposed in the groove 11, and a continuous, relatively rigid locking ring 4 of synthetic resin is disposed in the groove 9 and snap fitted into the groove 7 during assembly. The ring 4 may have a bevelled lip 13, stepped inner and outer peripheries 15, 16, 17, or axial grooves 14 or holes 14' therethrough.

In each external electrode, protruding portions are arranged on the end surface adjacent to the first conductive portion to stabilize the posture of the ceramic body when the second conductive portions are being formed.

    摘要： A headphone has a speaker unit with a diaphragm and a driving source that vibrates the diaphragm along a driving axis that passes through the speaker unit. The speaker unit has a first face and an opposing second face along the driving axis. The diaphragm and the driving source are installed in the speaker unit between the first and second faces. First and second weighting members are fixed as being in contact with the first and second faces, respectively. The speaker unit and the weighting members are installed in a housing. At least either of the weighting members is fixed to the housing. The speaker unit is installed in the housing via the weighting members so that the speaker unit is not in direct contact with the housing. The weighting members have a higher specific gravity than the housing.

    摘要： A gas sensor is capable of detecting a concentration of PM contained in an exhaust gas emitted from a diesel engine. The gas sensor is comprised of a ceramic substrate and detection parts which are formed on the ceramic substrate with resistance parts. A resistance value of each of the resistance parts is changed on the basis of the quantity of conductive particulate matter captured by and accumulated on the detection parts. The detection parts have a different detection range. A part of the detection range of each of the detection parts is overlapped together. The concentration of PM contained in the target detection gas is detected on the basis of the change of the resistance value of the resistance parts.
