摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method of modifying a blood contact material capable of reducing granulocyte activating action of the blood contact material in medical equipment used for parts which get contact with the blood. The present invention provides a method of modifying blood contact material characterized by granulocyte activating action when in contact with blood, the modifying blood contact material is considerably reduced compared with an original blood contact material by immobilizing a tryptophan derivative and a polyanionic compound to the blood contact material. Examples of the tryptophan derivative include tryptophan. Further, examples of the polyanionic compound include dextran sulfate.

摘要: A microwave plasma processing method is provided which enables a uniform thin film layer to be formed on a surface to be processed and which enables a short time processing. In the microwave plasma processing method, microwaves are introduced into a plasma processing chamber 1, and a processing gas is transformed into plasma to form a thin film layer on a base substance 13 disposed in the plasma processing chamber 13, and the method comprises: fixing the base substance 13 coaxially with a central axis of the plasma processing chamber 1; setting a standing wave mode of the microwaves in the plasma processing chamber to a TE mode or a TEM mode from a mouth portion 131 to a body portion 133 of the base substance; and setting a mode having both the TE mode and a TM mode in a bottom portion 132 of the base substance.

摘要: The present invention relates to a hydrophilized membrane which has greatly suppressed adhesion of blood cells such as erythrocytes, leukocytes and blood platelets within blood, by easily conducting hydrophilization of a hydrophobic porous membrane, and a process for the hydrophilization. The present invention relates to a hydrophilized hydrophobic porous membrane which is obtained by impregnating a medical supply of which the part which comes into contact with blood is hydrophobic in a solution of a substance having surface activity, then rinsing in a solvent into which the surfactant is soluble, and adsorbing an extremely small amount of the substance having surface activity to the surface of the part which comes into contact with blood, wherein the adhesion of blood cells such as erythrocytes, leukocytes and blood platelets within blood is greatly suppressed. The present invention also relates to a process for hydrophilization.

摘要: There is provided a vehicle body rear structure of an automobile, which can deal with all of a load from a towing hook, a load from a jack-up point, a load from the rear of vehicle body, and a load from a seat belt anchor, though having a simple construction that does not bring about an increase in the number of parts and an increase in weight of vehicle body. A load distributing member 7 extending along the body longitudinal direction is assembled to a spare tire house 6 so as to trail over a lower surface 6a of the spare tire house 6; and a front end portion α of the load distributing member 7 is joined to a cross member 4, and a rear end portion β thereof is joined to the back panel 3 (located on the rear side of the cross member 4).

摘要: There is provided a storage construction for a seat belt connecting member in a seat belt system in which a seat belt pulled out of a retractor provided on a vehicle body is pulled out in a slantwise downward direction via a sash guide mounted in a roof portion, a first connecting member mounted at the tip end of the seat belt is fixed to a first fixing member provided on the seat side, and a second connecting member provided in an intermediate portion of the seat belt is fixed to a second fixing member provided on the seat side, whereby a seat belt user is restrained by the seat belt set at three points. A connecting member attaching cover 12 is provided in a sash guide attaching portion in the roof portion 4, and the connecting member attaching cover 12 is provided with holding means 18 and 15 for holding the first and second connecting members 7 and 10 separately when the seat belt is not in use. Thereby, the seat belt connecting member can be stored without changing the seat belt system when the seat belt is not in use.

摘要: Roadside wireless devices are installed at roadside positions corresponding to the traffic lanes entering an intersection. Roadside wireless devices are also installed at roadside positions corresponding to the traffic lanes exiting an intersection. The roadside wireless devices on the entrance side receive an identification number from vehicle-mounted wireless ID devices of vehicles entering the intersection and transmit them to a roadside traffic monitoring device. Thereafter, the roadside wireless devices on the exit side receive an identification number from the vehicle-mounted wireless ID devices of vehicles exiting the intersection and transmit them to the roadside traffic monitoring device. From the identification numbers received, the roadside traffic monitoring device is able to determine the entrance from which a vehicle judged to be the same one had entered and the exit from which it exited, along with the type of vehicle. Short-term and long-term statistical data on the flow of vehicles and the situation of road usage can be acquired efficiently.
