    摘要: A super heat-resisting molybdenum-based alloy is disclosed. The alloy includes two or more alloying elements, the type and amount of the alloying elements being determined such that their average d-orbital energy level (average Md) and average bond order (average Bo) satisfy the following formula (3) and such that Tm is in the range of 2250-2700° C. in the following formula (4), the average Md and Bo being calculated by the formulas (1) and (2), and the bond order (Bo) with molybdenum and a d-orbital energy level being determined by the DV−X&agr; cluster method: Average Bo=&Sgr;Boi×C1  (1) Average Md=&Sgr;Mdi×Ci  (2) 1.718≦average Md≦1.881  (3) Tm(°C.)=(average Bo−0.165×average Md−4.899)/9.279×10−5  (4) wherein, Boi is a bond order of element “i”, Mdi is a d-orbital energy level of element “i”, and C1 is an atomic percent of element “i”.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a cutting tool, especially the cutting tool having a head segment releasably attached to a shank segment. According to one aspect of this invention there is provided a cutting tool comprising: (i) a head segment rotatable around an axis thereof and a forward end portion having at least one cutting-insert receiving seat and a rearward end portion; (ii) a shank segment rotatable around an axis thereof having a forward end portion adapted to be coaxially joined with the rearward end of the head segment and a rearward end portion adapted to be fixedly secured to a machine spindle; (iii) an engaging hole coaxially formed on one of the above segments, which is provided with at least two internal threads communicating between the hole and the external surroundings through a peripheral surface of the segment; (iv) an engaging projection coaxially formed on other one of the segments and engagingly fitted into the hole; and (v) clamp screws respectively threaded through each internal thread, in which bottom ends of the clamp screws are contacted with a surface of the engaging projection.

The magnetic metal thin film being provided on the second planar surface and having an edge thereof facing to the first planar surface, and the second planar surface being slantly provided with respect to said first planar surface. These core elements being bonded together to form an operating magnetic gap between the edge of the magnetic metal thin film on the first core element and the edge of the magnetic metal thin film on the second core element. The magnetic metal thin film on the first core element or the magnetic thin film on the second core element is formed in one common plane.The magnetic metal thin film may be formed of the ferromagnetic metals including Fe--Al--Si alloys, amorphous metal alloys or permalloy. And the magnetic metal thin film having substantially uniform columnar grain structure or uniform magnetic anisotropy, over entire area of the film.
