The device not only can achieve divided measurement of electricity utilization, but also has the advantage of smaller volume.

    摘要: Disclosed is process for preparing magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) that results in very sensitive MNPs that can be used in a variety of diagnostic and analytical methods. The MNPs exhibit superparamagnetism and find special use in giant magnetoresistance sensors (GMRS). The MNPs are created by a process that permits one to tune the size of nanoparticles to a range of from 10 to 20 nanometers with a very small particle size distribution of +/−2 nanometers or less. The MNPs can be tagged with a variety of markers and thus find use in many analytical assays, cell sorting techniques, imaging methods, drug delivery methods and cancer treatments. The inventive MNPs can be detected in magnetic file strengths of 2000 Oe or less.

    摘要: A method for generating nanoparticles in a liquid comprises generating groups of ultrafast laser pulses, each pulse in a group having a pulse duration of from 10 femtoseconds to 200 picoseconds, and each group containing a plurality of pulses with a pulse separation of 1 to 100 nanoseconds and directing the groups of pulses at a target material in a liquid to ablate it. The multiple pulse group ablation produces nanoparticles with a reduced average size, a narrow size distribution, and improved production efficiency compared to prior pulsed ablation systems.

The method includes: receiving an encrypted packet sent by a client by using a virtual private network (VPN) tunnel, wherein the encrypted packet is sent by the client after the client determines, according to a preset control policy, that the control policy comprises an Internet Protocol (IP) address and a port number that are the same as a destination IP address and a destination port number of a packet to be sent and encrypts the packet to be sent, and the control policy comprises information about an IP address and a port number of an intranet server that can exchange a packet with a security socket layer protocol (SSL) VPN server; decrypting the encrypted packet; and sending the decrypted packet to a corresponding intranet server, wherein a source IP address of the decrypted packet is an external network IP address.

    摘要: The invention provides a CMOS CT detector design with high linearity, quantum-limited noise, good scalability, high fill factor with a single CMOS chip utilizing synchronous partial quantization. The CMOS CT detector includes a pixel array, digital column buses, analog column buses, column processing circuits, a shift register, a control signal generation circuit, and a reference generation circuit, and implements a synchronous partial quantization scheme with reset, integration and analog readout phases. Each pixel of the pixel array further includes a photodiode; an integration capacitor; an OPAMP; a reset switch; a comparator; a 1-bit dynamic random-access-memory (DRAM) cell; a circuit block for enabling subtraction of a substantially fixed amount of charge from the integrated photocharge if the integrated photovoltage increases beyond the reference voltage; an integration node; an analog buffer; and a switch coupled between the output of the DRAM cell and the digital column bus. The inclusion of a level-shifter and a current front-end improves the linearity of the detector.
