    摘要： An apparatus for cutting a quilted material web having a quilted patterns thereon into panels having a desired length and width with respective quilted patterns centered therein. A first detector detects a center of a quilted pattern on the quilted material web; and in response thereto, a cutting apparatus cuts the quilted material web to form edges of a panel equidistant from the quilted pattern center. The cutting apparatus includes a pair of trim blades that cut opposite side edges of the panel equidistant from the quilted pattern center and a cross cutting apparatus that cuts end edges of the panel equidistant from the quilted pattern center.

    摘要： A slitter device is provided having at least two substantially parallel rotatable shafts extending through corresponding cutting blades for cutting sheet material into ribbons. The cutting blades on at least one of the rotatable shafts are axially adjustable along the shaft to allow a cutting relation to be maintained between those blades relative to complementary cutting blades on the other rotatable shaft. The slitter device thus facilitates axial adjustment of the cutting blades without slitter device disassembly and with minimum down time.

    摘要： An apparatus is provided for feeding and slitting mattress covers, quilts and other soft goods supported on a table. The apparatus has a first slitting wheel rotatable by a motor. A second slitting wheel is rotatable by the motor and contacts the first slitting wheel to provide a cutting action. The apparatus further includes upper and lower conveyors operable by the motor for conveying the soft goods past the slitting wheels. The upper conveyor is resiliently vertically movable and applies a compression force against the soft goods as they are moved between the upper and lower conveyors and past the slitting wheels.

    摘要： A cutting device for layered or unlayered foil lengths, having good cut quality and an extended period of use before re-grinding of the cutter is required, consists of cylindrically shaped keyway cutter bars with distance rings lying between them, which are mounted on a blade shaft, and of roller blades of right-angles cross-section, which are equally mounted on a blade shaft and wherein each roller blade is pressed by a spring washer against the corresponding keyway cutter bar. The advantage according to the invention consists in that first each roller blade is supported on one of the cutting blades of the keyway cutter bar and that after these cutting shoulders wear off the whole roller blade shaft is turned around and in each case the other cutting shoulder is used for cutting. After these cutting shoulders too have worn off the cutting device is made usuable for further cutting operation by grinding off the cylindrical outer surface of the keyway cutter bars (FIG. 2).
