Abstract: A pneumatic tire with an inflatable structure comprising an annular band of deformable sealing material inside the tire casing is disclosed. Inflating means are also provided within the tire which allows for automatic inflation of the tire in the event of a tear or puncture in the tire. The width of the annular band is at least equal to that of the tire band when the tire is in working condition.
