    摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to a system and method for installing a tubular element, such as a suction pile, in a bottom of a body of water. The system comprises a tubular element and a deintensifier in fluid communication with the tubular element. The deintensifier is configured to be exposed to an ambient pressure external to the tubular element and reduce pressure within the tubular element. The method comprises lowering the tubular element to the bottom of the body of water, filling the tubular element with water at ambient pressure, and exposing the water within the tubular element to a deintensified external ambient pressure so as to withdraw the water out of the tubular element.

    摘要: The tie rod for structural projects for the protection of structures for earthquake and wind is comprised of a cast iron base (7) which has a bolt (4) passing through a hole, which is surrounded by threaded ring (5) with handles (6). A base plate (2) that sits on the bolt and turns with a ball bearing. A steel cable (9) passes through all; the one end of the cable is fixed to the base (2) with bolts (3). The other end leads to a member with blades around it (10), (12), (13), (14) which open and close around the member (17) with the help of bars (11) connected around the axis of the member with pins. To the other end, they are connected with pins to the blades. The rod presses the structure to the ground by a bolt connected to a cable which pulls a member (17) with blades which open against the sides of a hole drilled on the ground and pull the building towards the ground decreasing torque created by the forces of an earthquake or the wind. It is used on buildings with a frame, continuous building, wood frame houses with storm problems, cable bridges, loose ground slopes, etc.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and to a device for creating a foundation element in the ground, wherein ground material is removed by means of a drilling tool and a borehole is created, into which a pile pipe and a curable medium are introduced. The borehole is created having a boring diameter that is greater than an outside diameter of the pile pipe by a specified amount, wherein an annular space is formed between a borehole wall and an outer face of the pile pipe. The removed ground material is conveyed in an interior of the pile pipe, while the annular space is kept substantially free of removed ground material. The curable medium is introduced into the annular space in order to anchor the pile pipe in the ground.

    摘要: The system, method and apparatus for installing a piling generally includes a hollow piling having an inner surface and an outer surface with the piling having a lower end with a friction collar secured about the lower end. The friction collar is manufactured to have an inner surface wherein the inner surface includes portions with various diameters. The friction collar is placed over the lower end of the piling such that the lower end of the piling is aligned with an intermediate portion of the inner surface of the friction collar. A tapered die is pressed into the bottom of the piling to expand the lower end of the piling outwardly such that it extends into the intermediate portion of the friction collar. This secures the friction collar to the end of the piling. Optionally, an end cap may be placed over the piling and/or friction collar.
