Abstract:
A window lifter arrangement, in particular for the side windows of an automotive vehicle, containing a drive- and guide mechanism for driving and guiding a window pane which is retained by a window pane retainer, and a stop component which is a stop member for the window pane retainer, characterised in that window pane retainer and stop component are fixed to each other by a form-fitting and/or frictional and/or integral mounted connection, this mounted connection being able to be separated by an initial actuation of the window pane retainer for opening or closing the window pane.
Abstract:
A door stop formed of a suction cup attached to body, typically formed of a block of material such as clear plastic, which may be used to lock sliding glass doors and windows in either a closed or in a partially open position. The suction cup will hold to the glass for up to 3 months and dual suction plugs may be used for added security. The body is designed to tip and press the suction cup down to prevent sliding and thereby hold the stop assembly in place even when a strong horizontal force is applied. The body contains an alarm to discourage intruders in the event that the stop is dislodged from the door.
Abstract:
A door stop device comprising a block member, a receiving channel to facilitate placement of the device onto a door hinge, and an attaching means suitable for removably attaching the door stop device to an item of clothing worn by a user. The door prop device of the present invention is designed to be readily accessible and available for immediate use by those who primarily work in, or provide service to, the resort, hotel and motel industries.
Abstract:
The present discloses a semiautomatic finger protection device, which comprising a bumper positioned between an outer surface of the door and an doorpost when the door is closed, and positioned in a gap on the hinge side of the door when the door is opened; a securing member to position the bumper; and a connecting member having the two ends retractably connected with said bumper and said securing member respectively. The bumper has a flexible wrapping means received in the bumper to extend/retract the connecting member.
Abstract:
An adjustable hinge device is provided for a foldable apparatus in accordance with the present invention. The foldable apparatus, such as a portable mobile phone, comprises a cover and a body connected by the hinge so as to make the cover rotatable relative to the body between a fully opened position and a fully closed position. When the cover rotates to the fully opened position, a maximum opening angle is defined. According to the relative movement between a rotatable portion and a fixed portion of the adjustable hinge, the maximum opening angle can be adjusted to fit different requirements.
Abstract:
A sliding door apparatus includes a sliding door having a window and slidably disposed with respect to a body of a vehicle, a foreign object detecting unit that detects whether a foreign object exists in the open area, and a slide stopping unit that stops, upon the foreign object detecting unit detecting existence of the foreign object, sliding of the sliding door in the opening direction before the sliding door reaches a full-open position.
Abstract:
A link mechanism for supporting a window glass and for moving up and down the window glass is disposed on the inner panel at the outside of a compartment and a drive shaft rotated by a driving device for driving the link mechanism is rotatably supported on the inner panel. A cam member is fixed to an end portion of the inside of the compartment and a cam follower contacting with a cam portion of the cam member is movably supported on the inner panel. One end of the cam follower is connected to a stopper disposed on the inner panel by a cable. When the window glass is moved down with respect to a predetermined position, the stopper is projected and contacts with a stopping member provided on a body.
Abstract:
A base plate has mutually opposed first and second side surfaces. A first group of parts are arranged on the first side surface, which includes an electric motor, a speed reduction unit and an electromagnetic clutch. The speed reduction unit has a gear member which is projected to the second side surface from the first side surface through an opening formed in the base plate and driven by the motor when the electromagnetic clutch assumes ON condition. A second group of parts are arranged on the second side surface, which includes an intermediate gear which is rotatably connected to the base plate and meshed with the gear member, an output gear which is rotatably connected to the base plate through a shaft secured to the output gear and meshed with the intermediate gear and an output arm which is connected to the output gear to rotate therewith. The output arm is connected to the lid through a link.
Abstract:
The present invention is a compact door coordinator which includes a relatively narrow housing having mounted therein and extending therefrom a lead control lever and a longer trailing control lever. Both control levers are spring biased to extend from the housing when the doors are open. A relatively simple linkage extends from the lead control lever to the trailing control lever for retaining the ladder in its extended position until the lead door contacts the lead control lever. At that point, the lead control lever is pushed into the housing and rotated against the force of a torsion spring, causing the linkage to move and thereby rotating a cam which then releases the trailing control lever allowing the trailing door to push the trailing control lever into the housing to complete the closing process. When the doors are reopened, the force of the torsion springs causes the lead and trailing levers to once again extend from the housing while resetting the cam to retain the trailing lever in its extended position until it is released.
Abstract:
A control system for an electrical motor drive for moving a door between end positions. The two end positions are detected by the control system, and an increment detector associated with the motor drive reproduces the movement cycle of the door. A stop associated with the motor drive marks an end position of the door that corresponds to the open position thereof. This open position is treated as a reference point. A pulse storage device is set to a specific value at this reference point and initiates the beginning of a pulse sequence to reproduce movement of the object between the end positions. The pulse sequence is compared for coincidence with pulses produced by the increment detector upon movement of the door into the opposite end position that corresponds to its closed position.
