Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rail element for a door drive, in particular of a garage door, comprising a rail and a drive means, in particular a chain or a toothed belt, wherein at a deflection end of the rail element a deflection pulley and at a drive end of the rail element a drive wheel are provided, via which the drive means is circulated, so that the drive means extends within the rail in two counterrotating strands, wherein one of the strands of the drive means is guided from the drive wheel via a deflection element into the rail, so that the distance of the two counterrotating strands of the drive means within the rail is smaller than the diameter of the drive wheel.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a door drive, in particular a garage door drive, with a door control and with a programming unit for programming the door control during operation and/or maintenance of the door drive. In accordance with the invention, the programming unit is configured as an external device, wherein for operation and/or maintenance of the door drive a data transmission connection can be established between the programming unit and the door control.
Abstract:
Catalytic gauzes which have an enlarged surface can be manufactured from a wire made of 90Pt/10Rh, for example, by coating the wire with a base metal, thermally treating the wire under partial conversion of the 90Pt/10Rh into solid solutions with the base metal, dissolving the base metal and weaving a wire gauze. They are used for the oxidation of ammonia and the ammoxidation of methane.
Abstract:
A safety arrangement for a motor-driven door or gate used to close buildingntrances or doorways, in which a vertically movable overhead door consists of one part or a multiple number of parts. An elastically deformable hollow rubber section is provided at the closing edge of the door, and this hollow rubber section has an interior hollow space with first and second ends. At the first end of this hollow space, there is an air pressure-wave receiver signal transformer, whereas an air pressure-wave transmitter is connected to the second end. This transmitter generates a continuous air pressure oscillation having a first pulse duration and a first pulse frequency when the closing edge is freely movable through a path of motion of the door. The continuous oscillation has a second pulse duration which differs from the first pulse duration, and a second pulse frequency differing from the first pulse frequency when the closing edge strikes against an object positioned in the path of motion of the door. The oscillation is continuously generated by the transmitter and is continuously received by the receiver for the purpose of monitoring continuously the closing edge, and detect when the closing edge abuts against an object, so that the movement of the door may be stopped or reversed.
Abstract:
Variable electrically motorized drive mechanism for gates or similar structure close-off devices that can be installed for the purpose of an assembly operation that is as heavy-duty as possible and without fine adjustments, for which purpose the gate is provided with controls that essentially comprise a position detector, a memory, and a reference-point indicator, the last of which is positioned between the gate-panel limiting positions and outside of any stop positions or defines a corresponding gate-panel reference-point position and synchronizes the position detector at each stroke such that the path that the panel is to travel along from the reference-point position into a particular desired position is dicated or monitored in accordance with a memory output that corresponds to the adjusted position. The system is accordingly continuously self-monitoring and can synchronize itself when the motor is started up again after a power outage and possibly manual operation of the gate.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a door drive for garage, garden, hall or factory doors, comprising a motor unit which comprises a drive motor and a motor output shaft, an output transmission, which on the input end can be connected with the motor output shaft and on the output end includes a transmission output shaft for driving a door moving element, in particular a door shaft, a release clutch for releasing the motor output shaft with respect to the door moving element as well as at least one damping element for damping drive shocks. In accordance with the invention, the door drive is characterized in that the output transmission includes a transmission housing formed separate from the motor unit and together with the release clutch and the damping element forms a separate, modular drive attachment, which can be connected on the one hand to the motor unit and on the other hand to the door moving element.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a light barrier holder comprising a receiving housing for the receiving of a part of the light barrier, for example of a transmitter or of a receiver having an opening through which the rays of the light barrier can pass, with the surface of the housing being spherically arched in the region of the opening and wherein a tubular neck is set at the housing in the region of the opening and can be plugged through corresponding openings of installation openings each having a corresponding spherical arching and can be fixed in place by a securing element.
Abstract:
This invention concerns a specially designed rail for mounting a tensioning device in which a mount for its guide component can be positioned at vaus areas of the rail. Pursuant to the invention, the rail has a row of cut-outs in the area of the mount and rows of projections in the direction of the mount.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electronic circuit and a method for the monitoring of the driving force of a drive mechanism. To reduce the costs for such a circuit by simple technical circuit measures it is provided that the comparator unit used for monitoring is designed as an analog component, while the set-point adjuster is still integrated into the digital control unit of the drive mechanism. The set points stored in the set-point adjuster are fed to a digital-analog converter in such a manner that an analog reference signal can be generated which can be compared with the analog measuring signal of a power pick-up via the comparator unit.
