摘要: An object of the invention is to accurately predict a movement trajectory of an object from a history of positions of the object even in a case where shaking or deflection of a vehicle occurs. In order to achieve the object, in the invention, the position of the object around the vehicle is acquired (S1), a ground speed of the object is acquired (S3), a slope θ of a trajectory prediction vector (relative movement vector) of the object with respect to the vehicle is calculated by using a speed of the vehicle and the ground speed of the object (S7), fitting is performed (classification of the recorded positions of the object in the movement trajectory) with respect to the history of the positions of the object with a straight line having the slope θ of the trajectory prediction vector (S8), and a straight line having the slope θ of the position fitting best in the straight line having the slope θ (straight line having a plurality of positions included in a group classified through the fitting) is predicted as the movement trajectory of the object (S9).

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed for correcting for artificial deformations in anatomical modeling. One method includes obtaining an anatomic model; obtaining information indicating a presence of an artificial deformation of the anatomic model; identifying a portion of the anatomic model associated with the artificial deformation; estimating a non-deformed local area corresponding to the portion of the anatomic model; and modifying the portion of the anatomic model associated with the artificial deformation, based on the estimated non-deformed local area.

摘要: Systems and methods for selecting representative photos for a photo album are described. An example computing device may include a display, a logic device, and a storage device storing instructions executable by the logic device to, for each known individual recognized in one or more photos of the album, determine an affinity score for that known individual indicating a connection of that known individual to a) a user of the computing device and b) a context corresponding to the album. The instructions may be further executable to select one or more known individuals based on the affinity score to be included in a subset of the known individuals recognized in one or more photos of the album, and select a representative photo of each of the subset of the known individuals to be included in one or more of a highlight photoset and a cover photo for the album.

摘要: An image processing device classifies captured images into event images captured in each event duration corresponding to a predetermined event or usual-day images captured out of the event duration. The image processing device produces, for each duration, an event page in which event images of an event in the duration are inserted and a usual page in which usual-day images in the duration are inserted. The image processing device generates an album using the event page and the usual page produced for the duration.

摘要: Devices and techniques are generally described for segmentation of image data using depth data. In various examples, color image data may be received from a digital camera. In some examples, depth image data may be received from a depth sensor. In various examples, the depth image data may be separated into a plurality of clusters of depth image data, wherein each cluster is associated with a respective range of depth values. In some further examples, a determination may be made that a first cluster of image data corresponds to an object of interest, such as a human subject, in the image data. In various examples, pixels of the first cluster may be encoded with foreground indicator data. In some further examples, segmented image data may be generated. The segmented image data may comprise pixels encoded with the foreground indicator data.

摘要: Images uploaded to photo sharing websites often include some tags or sentence descriptions. In an example embodiment, these tags or descriptions, which might be relevant to the image contents, become the weak labels of these images. The weak labels can be used to identify concepts for the images using an iterative hard instance learning algorithm to discover visual concepts from the label and visual feature representations in the weakly labeled images. The visual concept detectors can be directly applied to concept recognition and detection.

摘要: A spatial distribution of cells or sub-cellular structures of a subject is quantified by receiving image data that includes a plurality of biomarkers and processing the image data to obtain a set of coordinates. Each coordinate denotes the location of a cell or sub-cellular structure represented by a biomarker or combination of biomarkers. The set of coordinates is processed into a two-dimensional symmetric matrix. Each element of the matrix indicates the frequency of a cell or sub-cellular structure represented by a first biomarker or combination of biomarkers being observed within an interaction distance of a cell or sub-cellular structure represented by a second biomarker or combination of biomarkers. A classifier assigns the subject to a group or category based on the matrix. A toxicity and/or efficacy of one or more interventions is assessed based on a comparison of the spatial distribution to one or more predetermined reference or control distributions.

摘要: A system and method for semantic segmentation using dense upsampling convolution (DUC) are disclosed. A particular embodiment includes: receiving an input image; producing a feature map from the input image; performing a convolution operation on the feature map and reshape the feature map to produce a label map; dividing the label map into equal subparts, which have the same height and width as the feature map; stacking the subparts of the label map to produce a whole label map; and applying a convolution operation directly between the feature map and the whole label map without inserting extra values in deconvolutional layers to produce a semantic label map.

摘要: A method includes obtaining from an online social media site a plurality of instances of images of objects associated with a person; analyzing with a data processor the plurality of instances of the images with a plurality of predetermined style classifiers to obtain a score for each image for each style classifier; and determining with the data processor, based on the obtained scores, a likely preference of the person for a particular style of object. The plurality of instances of images of objects associated with the person can be images that were posted, shared or pinned by person, and images that the person expressed a preference for. In a non-limiting embodiment the object is clothing, and the style can include a fashion style or fashion genre including color preferences. A system and a computer program product to perform the method are also disclosed.
