A restraint portion of the conductive member abuts on a side of the first gasket facing away from the accommodating cavity. The fastening member is disposed on a side of the second gasket facing away from the first gasket, and in interference fit with the shaft portion via a mounting hole. The conductive member and the fastening member jointly press against the second gasket.
