    Abstract: A welding positioning fixture includes a support device, two first lateral-pressing devices and a downward-pressing device. Two battery modules float along a first direction, the two first lateral-pressing devices are pressed on the first sides of the battery modules respectively, and the downward-pressing device is used for positioning the battery modules along the first direction. Each first lateral-pressing device has a first positioning surface. When the first positioning surfaces of the two first lateral-pressing devices are moved to the same preset height, and a second positioning surface is pressed on top sides of the two battery modules, the two battery modules can float in the first direction so that the hanging lug of each battery module abuts against the corresponding first positioning surface.

    Abstract: This application provides a method for box leak detection and a leak detection system, and relates to the field of leak detection technologies. The method for box leak detection may include: filling a box under test with a tracer gas, where the box under test has a plurality of positions under test; and measuring a leak rate at each position under test. Leak detection may be performed on each position under test of the box under test. In this way, not only a specific leak position can be determined, so that leak-proof treatment may be subsequently performed on the leak position in a targeted manner, but also the leak rate at each position under test can be measured, providing a basis for a level of to-be-taken leak-proof measures and whether to take leak-proof measures, thereby improving accuracy of box leak detection.

    Abstract: This application relates to a battery module, a device, and a failure handling method for a failed battery cell. The battery module includes: battery cells, where each battery cell includes a housing, a top cover, and an electrode assembly, the housing is connected to the top cover, the housing includes a first accommodation cavity, the electrode assembly is located inside the first accommodation cavity, the top cover is provided with a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal, and the battery cells further include a failed battery cell; and a conductive component, connected to the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal of the failed battery cell. After being connected to the electrode terminals, the conductive component does not occupy space outside the failed battery cell, improving safety of the battery module.

    Abstract: The present application provides a welding assembly and a battery module. The welding assembly includes: a first weldment; and a second weldment, welded and fixed with the first weldment to form a welding seam; where, at least one side of the welding seam is provided with an exhaust channel; and the exhaust channel is located between the first weldment and the second weldment. In the present application, an exhaust gas generated during welding can be discharged from the exhaust channel to prevent it from entering the welding seam to reduce the strength of the welding seam.
