摘要: A navigation method for evacuation in an emergency state includes creating a visualized map image based on an outdoor space and at least one indoor space in an area. A plurality of indoor locators and a plurality of outdoor locators are used to locate a personal mobile device held by a person. The personal mobile device is located when a controlled event, such as a gunshot event or a fire event, occurs. An augmented reality image is used to guide the person to an emergency refuge area. A visualized mag image is used to provide the person with information containing the location of the personal mobile device, the controlled event location, the emergency refuge area, and an evacuation route, thereby assisting the person in rapidly and easily moving away from the controlled event location.

摘要: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing 911 or enhanced 911 (“E911”) address update. In various embodiments, in response to a trigger event, a computing system may determine whether E911 address data associated with a customer that is stored in an E911 database requires updating. If so, the computing system may update the E911 database with address data associated with the customer that has been validated or verified (if available). Where no validated or verified address associated with the customer is available, the computing system may send a message to the customer to provide updated 911 or E911 address data; may receive, from a user device associated with the customer via an API over a network(s) operated by the service provider, updated 911 or E911 address data from the customer; and may update the E911 database with the received updated 911 or E911 address data from the customer.

摘要: A method and apparatus for determining a unique wake word for devices within an incident. One system includes an electronic computing device comprising a transceiver and an electronic processor communicatively coupled to the transceiver. The electronic processor is configured to receive a notification indicative of an occurrence of an incident and one or more communication devices present at the incident, determine contextual information associated with the incident and the one or more communication devices, and identify one or more wake words based on the contextual information. The electronic processor is further configured to determine a phonetic distance for each pair of wake words included in the one or more wake words, and select a unique wake word from the one or more wake words for each communication device of the one or more communication devices based on the determined phonetic distance.

摘要: Disclosed is a headgear-type device for hazardous air quality warning and air quality improvement, wherein the device can collect biometric information of a worker, wired and wireless communications, and information about the quality of outside air around the worker so as to warn the worker of a hazard or improve air quality at the site. The headgear-type device for hazardous air quality warning and air quality improvement according to the present invention may comprise: a headgear-type biometric sensor which comes into close contact with the head of the worker so as to sense biometric information of the worker and thus allow measurements of the worker's physical conditions; a terminal which is wiredly or wirelessly connected to the headgear-type biometric sensor so as to transmit and receive the biometric information; and a server which receives the biometric information from the terminal, calculates, on the basis thereof, whether the biometric information is in a normal condition range, according to a program, and when the biometric information is not in the normal condition range, issues a warning to the worker by transmitting a warning state to the terminal.

摘要: Techniques are described to support call routing and location for a user equipment (UE) with satellite wireless access to a serving PLMN. The UE sends a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) INVITE message to a network node, such as a P-CSCF, that includes an indication of satellite access for the UE. In response the network node sends a request to another network node for a cell ID for a fixed cell in which the UE is located. The fixed cell can be independent of satellite radio cells for the serving PLMN. The network node may receive the cell ID for the fixed cell and sends the SIP INVITE message to another network node (e.g., an E-CSCF or LRF) with the cell ID for the fixed cell. The other network node may use the cell ID to route the SIP INVITE message or obtain an approximate location of the UE.

摘要: A system and method for providing earthquake damage and collapse warning by a warning device is disclosed. The warning device is communicatively connected to a one or more client devices using a communications network. The warning device includes an input sensor for generating signals of crack formation within a structure, a message generator and transmitter for sending an warning message, a memory having instructions stored thereon; and a processor configured to execute the instructions on the memory to cause the waring device to receive an input signal from the input sensor, characterize the input signal using its amplitude, duration, location and direction, and frequency, identify the input signal as being a result of an earthquake, generate a warning message identifying detection of an event, and transmit the warning message to the one or more client devices over the communications network.

摘要: The disclosure presents a system for remotely managing emergency equipment through wireless network and methods to use this system to monitor emergency equipment and deliver emergency information to subscribers. The system for remotely managing emergency equipment includes at least a node, also called as end user emergency equipment, a remote server, and a plurality of direct and indirect subscriber devices. The remote server receives data collected from each node, processes the node data, and sends the processed data to direct and indirect subscribers to manage emergency equipment. The system can improve the efficiency on collision avoidance, emergency warning, and emergency vehicle dispatch management.

摘要: In systems and methods for communicating an anomaly notification message to a wireless communication network, a wireless device may generate an anomaly notification message comprising an anomaly notification object in response to determining that the received information satisfies one or more threshold criteria indicative of the anomaly condition, configure the anomaly notification message with a transport layer anomaly code, and send sending the configured anomaly notification message via an anomaly-specific network communication link to a wireless communication network. A communication network device may receive the anomaly notification message, and in response to determining that the anomaly notification message was received via the anomaly-specific network communication link may associate the anomaly notification message with an anomaly priority that is higher than a normal traffic priority.
