The composition generates neither hydrogen chloride nor dioxin when incinerated, exhibits high storage stability, cures at relatively low temperatures, and provides a coating film excellent in adhesion to a substrate, cold resistance, and strength.

The source container has two pipes. The first pipe has valves arranged therein at positions nearer to and farther from the source container, respectively. The second pipe has two valves arranged therein at positions nearer to and farther from the container, respectively. The path between the valves 1 and 4 and the path between the valves 2 and 5 are connected via a connecting pipe C having a valve 3.

摘要： The antifreeze of the present invention is including propylene glycol, first material, and second material. The first material is normal aliphatic dicarboxylic acid in which number of carbon atoms is from 10 to 12, salt of the normal aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, or mixture thereof. The second material is benzimidazole compound which has a benzimidazole skeleton, salt of the benzimidazole compound, triazine compound which has a triazine skeleton and has a mercapto group, salt of the triazine compound, or mixture thereof. Such antifreeze has less environment load than antifreeze including ethylene glycol. Furthermore, such antifreeze does not cause metal to corrode more than the antifreeze including ethylene glycol.

The epoxy resin composition has a void fraction of 3% or less and a high elastic modulus.

摘要： A flame retardant composition includes, as essential components having two specified types of phosphate compounds; silicon dioxide or metal oxides; and at least one member selected from among higher aliphatic carboxylic acids, metal salts of higher aliphatic carboxylic acid, higher fatty acid amide compounds, and esters between mono- or polyhydric alcohols and higher aliphatic carboxylic acids. This flame retarder composition is free from secondary agglomeration, and does not need incorporation of a halogenated flame retarder that when blended in a synthetic resin, releases harmful gas at combustion. The flame retardant composition enables imparting flame retardant properties to synthetic resins with the use of a small amount of flame retarder.
