摘要: The present invention provides a door panel that comprises an outer panel and an inner panel joined together at adhering portions and, regardless of whether rib portions are formed on the adhering portions in order to prevent deformation of the adhering portions or for other purpose, can be modified to withstand severe heat by means of formation of large ventilation openings in the adhering portions without significantly impairing the shape or the strength of the door panel.

摘要: A work machine equipped with an automatic hammering function is capable of preventing breakage of the hammer caused by blank firing. Hydraulic oil fed to a hydraulic breaker at the distal end of a work machine is controlled by first and second spools. Operating an operation lever so as to contract single rod type boom cylinders to press the hydraulic breaker against an object to be crushed. Head-side pressure and rod-side pressure of the boom cylinders are respectively detected by pressure sensors. Any one of switches is used to switch the mode of automatic hammering operation between an automatic hammering inhibiting mode and an automatic hammering authorizing mode. In the automatic hammering authorizing mode, a controller controls the first and second spools of the hydraulic breaker so as to open them only when head-side pressure and rod-side pressure of the boom cylinders are in a given range of pressing force.

摘要: A console upturnably provided adjacent to an access area for gaining access to a seat installed in a work machine is provided with a release lever, to disengage a console securing locking portion and enabling the console to be upturned. The console has a hydraulic locking lever. Shifting the hydraulic locking lever to an opening position unblocks the access area, and performs a locking function to disable operation of the work machine; shifting the hydraulic locking lever to a blocking position to block the access area performs an unlocking function, thereby enabling operation of the work machine. Provided in relation to the release lever is a lever operation restraining mechanism that disengages the release lever and enables the console to be upturned when the hydraulic locking lever is in the opening position, and prevent upturning operation when the hydraulic locking lever is in the blocking position.

摘要: The aperture area efficiency of a door panel with a double-panel structure having an outer panel and an inner panel is increased, while turbulent flow of air through ventilation holes is reduced. The outer panel 21 is provided with a plurality of honeycomb ventilation hole sections 26, each of which comprises a plurality of hexagonal ventilation holes 25 that are formed in the outer panel 21 so as to be arranged in a honeycomb pattern, with each side of each ventilation hole 25 being adjacent to a side of another ventilation hole 25 with a connecting portion 25a therebetween. The inner panel 23 is provided with ventilation openings 30, each of which is slightly larger than each respective honeycomb ventilation hole section 26 of the outer panel 21.

摘要: A hydraulic control system in a working machine includes hydraulic cylinders that make a working part ascend and descend; a first main pump that suctions oil from an oil tank and discharges the oil; an accumulator that accumulates oil discharged from weight holding side oil chambers of the hydraulic cylinders when the working part descends; and a hybrid pump that suctions accumulated oil pressure in the accumulator and discharges the oil pressure. When the working part ascends, discharged oil from the hybrid pump is supplied to the weight holding side oil chambers of the hydraulic cylinders. When an insufficient supply flow from the hybrid pump to the hydraulic cylinders exists, a complementary flow corresponding to the insufficient supply flow is supplied from the first main pump to the weight holding side oil chambers of the hydraulic cylinders.

摘要: A door panel that is capable of maintaining the adhering strength of the adhesive is provided. An outer panel and an inner panel are joined together by an adhesive. Adhesive retaining portions, each of which includes an adhesive retaining channel for retaining the adhesive, are provided in adhering portions of the inner panel. Each adhering portion includes vertically extending portions, and the adhesive retaining portions of the inner panel are formed in the shape of an extended raised portion and extend vertically in the respective vertically extending portions of the adhering portions, along ventilation openings, which are formed at locations corresponding to groups of ventilation holes of the outer panel. Each adhesive retaining portion is provided at the middle of each vertically extending portion of the adhering portions so as to be flanked by adhesion margins of identical width.
