摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a multi-layer data medium by hot rolling under pressure, able to be marked under the effect of laser radiation applied to at least one outer surface (11) of this medium, in which at least one marking (13) with optically variable effect is disposed with respect to a laser marking sub-layer so that the outer surface (11) has a portion with optically variable effect optically superimposed on at least one part of the laser marking sub-layer and a portion (16) without marking with optically variable effect optically superimposed on at least one part of the laser marking sub-layer. These portions are produced with contents of at least one marking agent which is sensitive to the laser radiation which are different.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a multilayer data medium having reflecting metallised inscriptions (23) visible from at least one outer surface (11). A basic pattern (24) is imprinted onto a transparent impression layer (21), the pattern being selected so as to be able to receive the inscriptions (23), to be transparent and to have a surface tension of more than 40 dynes/cm and a smooth surface condition with specular reflection of more than 50% measured according to the ISO 2813 standard at an angle of 60°, and no glass-transition temperature in the rolling temperature range; then the inscriptions (23) are imprinted in contact with the basic pattern (24), and then hot rolling under pressure of a stack including the impression layer (21) is carried out.

摘要: A thermochromic ink composition includes, in a liquid medium, known as solvent, a dispersion of thermochromic microcapsules incorporating at least one leuco-dye and a thermoplastic binder selected from the group containing polyacrylic polyesters, polyurethanes and copolymers thereof. The composition is characterized in that the solvent is aprotic. A a method for producing a card and such a card incorporating at least one thermochromic pattern produced with a thermochromic ink composition are also described.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for protecting variable inscriptions of a document in which: a transparent film is bonded to a face of said document with a view to protecting variable inscriptions of said document, by at least one adhesive layer comprising at least one thermoplastic polymer having a glass transition temperature between 40° C. and 110° C. and having a hydroxyl value between 3 mg of KOH/g and 60 mg of KOH/g and/or an acid value between 2 mg of KOH/g and 150 mg of KOH/g, said adhesive layer comprises a crosslinking agent having at least 2.8 functions selected from the group formed of isocyanates, carbodiimides, aziridines and alkoxysilanes, during the bonding, a crosslinking of said adhesive layer is carried out. The invention also relates to a protective device and to a document.

A process for manufacturing this film is also described.
