    摘要: The invention relates to a gear shift device for a motor vehicle transmission, comprising a first and a second gearbox component which are rotatable relative to each other around a gearbox axis, a friction ring which is connected to the first gearbox component comprising a conical frictional surface, a plurality of first disks and a plurality of second disks. The first and second disks form a multi-disk clutch, the first disks being coupled to a synchronization element in a rotationally fixed manner, and the synchronization element comprising, axially adjoining the conical frictional surface of the friction ring, a conical mating surface for speed synchronization between the first gearbox component and the first disks. Further, the first disks are designed as a synchronization disk where the synchronization element is integrally formed thereon and/or one of the first disks is designed as a disk support coupling all first disks in the circumferential direction in a form-locking manner.

    摘要: A synchronizer (10) for a gear transmission has a synchronizer body (12), which is associated to a transmission shaft, and a first and a second synchronizer ring (32, 34, 36, 38) which are associated to a first and a second transmission gear (28, 30). Furthermore, the synchronizer (10) has a sliding sleeve (26) and at least one thrust piece (18) which is shiftably arranged on the synchronizer body (12) and can exert an axial compressive force on the corresponding synchronizer ring (32, 34, 36, 38). Furthermore, the synchronizer (10) includes an elastic actuating element (20) which is active between the sliding sleeve (26) and the thrust piece (18), wherein on the sliding sleeve (26) a detent recess (50) for the neutral position as well as a release contour (54) are provided. The release contour (54) can cooperate with the actuating element (20) such that when the sliding sleeve (26) is shifted for being engaged with one of the transmission gears (28, 30), the thrust piece (18) is urged away from the corresponding synchronizer ring (32, 34, 36, 38). The release contour (54) has an axial length which is not more than twice the idle stroke of the sliding sleeve (26) between the neutral position and the position in which the corresponding synchronizer ring (32, 34, 36, 38) presses against an associated friction surface.

    摘要: A shifting device for a motor vehicle is described, comprising a first coupling component which is adapted to be selectively rotationally coupled to a second coupling component with a form-fit. In an open state, the first coupling component is rotationally decoupled from the second coupling component. In a frictional fit state, the coupling components are rotationally coupled with a frictional fit via a first frictional fit ring and a second frictional fit ring. In a form-fit state, an actuating ring is rotationally coupled to the first coupling component and the second coupling component with a form-fit such that the latter are connected with a form-fit. A motor vehicle transmission, in particular a fully automatic stepped transmission having such a shifting device is additionally presented.

    摘要: A synchronizer ring for a synchronization unit has a substantially constant sheet-metal cone which tapers in direction of its ring axis from a first axial cone end towards a second axial cone end. At the sheet-metal cone a centering collar is integrally molded and the sheet-metal cone includes a first sheet portion and axially adjacent a second sheet portion. In addition, the sheet-metal cone includes a step portion which axially extends between the second axial cone end and the first sheet portion, wherein a radial outer side of the step portion is offset with respect to a radial outer side of the first sheet portion towards the ring axis. Furthermore, there is shown a method for manufacturing a synchronizer ring.
