摘要: Various embodiments of a heating and temperature sensing assembly of a vaporizer device are described herein. In some embodiments, the heating and temperature sensing assembly may include a support plate made out of a thermally conductive material. The heating and temperature sensing assembly may include a heating element including a first electrically conductive pathway extending along the support plate. The heating element may be configured to heat the support plate for heating the vaporizable material. The heating and temperature sensing assembly may include a temperature sensing element having a second electrically conductive pathway extending along the support plate. The temperature sensing element may be configured to sense a temperature of the support plate. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also described.

In some implementations, an apparatus includes a cartridge comprising an aerosol outlet, a fluid storage compartment, a resistive heating element, and first and second cartridge electrical contacts, and a device body comprising a power supply, a receptacle, first and second device electrical contacts, and a controller. When the receptacle at least partially receives the cartridge in two different orientations, the first and second device electrical contacts are configured to couple the first and second cartridge electrical contacts, and the controller is configured to provide power from the power supply to the resistive heating element.

摘要: A vaporizer device includes various modular components. The vaporizer device includes a first subassembly. The first subassembly includes a cartridge connector that secures a vaporizer cartridge to the vaporizer device and includes at least two receptacle contacts that electrically communicate with the vaporizer cartridge. The vaporizer device includes a second subassembly. The second subassembly includes a skeleton defining a rigid tray that retains at least a power source. The vaporizer device also includes a third subassembly. The third subassembly includes a plurality of charging contacts that supply power to the power source, and an end cap that encloses an end of the vaporizer device.

摘要: Features relating to a vaporizer body are provided. The vaporizer body may include an outer shell that includes an inner region defined by an outer shell sidewall. A support structure is configured to fit within the inner region of the outer shell. The support structure includes a storage region defined by a top support structure, a bottom support structure, a bottom cap, and a gasket. An integrated board assembly is configured to fit within the storage region of the support structure. The integrated board assembly may include a printed circuit board assembly formed of multiple layers that form a rigid structure and that include an inner, flexible layer. A first antenna is integrated at a proximal end of the flexible layer, and a second antenna is integrated at a distal end of the flexible layer.

摘要: A vaporizer cartridge configured to efficiently and effectively heat a non-liquid source material that includes a vaporizable material is described. The cartridge may include a heating element including an electrically resistive material and may be configured to vaporize the vaporizable material by delivery of heat to the vaporizable material. The cartridge may include a cartridge contact in electrical communication with the electrically resistive material. The cartridge contact may be configured to couple to a vaporizer contact positioned proximate to a cartridge coupling feature to allow electrical power to pass from the vaporizer device through the electrically resistive material. The electrical power may cause heating of the electrically resistive material and the vaporizable material to result in generation of an aerosol for inhalation by a user. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also described.

摘要: A concentrate adaptor for a vaporizer device includes a reservoir and a base. The reservoir holds a concentrate. The reservoir is positioned within a vessel of the vaporizer device and is heated by a heating element of the vaporizer device to transfer heat to the concentrate, thereby generating an aerosol for inhalation by a user. The reservoir includes a sidewall surrounding an interior volume of the reservoir. The reservoir also includes a capillary structure positioned along the sidewall configured to direct the concentrate to the sidewall to be heated by the heating element.
