摘要: The invention provides a valve disposed in a fluid supply path to control opening or closing of the supply path, configured to comprise, as components of the supply path, an inflow channel, a second channel, a first channel, and an outflow channel that are in communication with each other in sequence, in such a manner that fluid from a supply source entering the inflow channel passes through the second channel and the first channel in sequence and then flows out through the outflow channel. The valve further comprises a first valve piece and a second valve piece disposed movably in the first channel and the second channel respectively. Blocking or unblocking of the communication between the first channel and the outflow channel is controlled by movement of the first valve piece in the first channel, while blocking or unblocking of the communication between the inflow channel and the first channel via the second channel is controlled by movement of the second valve in the second channel. In this way, the valve enables opening or closing of the supply path through dual control by the first valve piece and the second valve piece.

An injection molding method includes providing a molding device having a first and second mold cavities, a first feeding port in communication with the first mold cavity, and a second feeding port in communication with the second mold cavity; sensing a first pressure in the first mold cavity, and injecting a first gas into the first mold cavity until the first mold cavity is sensed to have a first predetermined pressure; and sensing a second pressure in the second mold cavity, and injecting a second gas into the second mold cavity until the second mold cavity is sensed to have a second predetermined pressure, wherein the first and second predetermined pressures are different.

摘要: A mechanism for mixing a supercritical fluid and a polymer raw material melt provided by the present invention includes a hot-melting unit, a mixing unit, and a supercritical fluid supplying unit. The mixing unit, independently of the hot-melting unit, receives a polymer melt from the hot-melting unit and a supercritical fluid from the supercritical fluid supplying unit, respectively, and mixes the polymer melt and the supercritical fluid into a homogenous single-phase solution. The hot-melting unit is provided with a pushing member for pushing a polymer raw material. The mixing unit is provided with a mixing rotor for mixing the polymer melt and the supercritical fluid.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for compression-molding a foamed polymer article, where compared with the shape of a final product to be molded, a foamed blank article has a redundant protruding part at a particular position, which is different from the shape of the final product; and when the foamed blank is hot-melt-molded again by using a mold, an external force is applied to compress the redundant protruding part to reduce the volume and increase the density, so that the final product obtained has a higher density at the position corresponding to the redundant protruding part than other parts. Thereby, the final product can have different densities at different positions, so as to meet the requirements in practical application.

A method of extruding includes conveying a polymeric material from a melting unit to a mixing unit, conveying a blowing agent into the mixing unit, mixing the polymeric material with the blowing agent to form a mixture, conveying the mixture from the mixing unit to an injection unit, and discharging the mixture from the injection unit, wherein flow of the polymeric material is controlled by a first flow control element, and flow of the mixture is controlled by a second flow control element.
