Abstract: Disclosed herein are an apparatus for estimating a camera pose using multi-view images of a 2D array structure and a method using the same. The method performed by the apparatus includes acquiring multi-view images from a 2D array camera system, forming a 2D image link structure corresponding to the multi-view images in consideration of the geometric structure of the camera system, estimating an initial camera pose based on an adjacent image extracted from the 2D image link structure and a pair of corresponding feature points, and estimating a final camera pose by reconstructing a 3D structure based on the initial camera pose and performing correction so as to minimize a reprojection error of the reconstructed 3D structure.

The present invention provides a method for screening therapeutic agents for dopamine-dependent brain and nervous system diseases by using a basal ganglia-on-a-chip. When the basal ganglia-on-a-chip of the present invention is used in the effect evaluation of therapeutic agents for brain and nervous system diseases, the effect evaluation of therapeutic candidate substances can be economically and promptly carried out compared with an existing technique.

Abstract: Provided is a source localization in an apparatus for performing a source localization, a target sound source enhancement or speech recognition. The source localization method using input signals input from a plurality of microphones, comprising steps of: (a) obtaining a log likelihood function or an auxiliary function under the assumption that a target source signal mixed with noises satisfies a CGMM model; (b) obtaining an equation for estimating parameter values of the log likelihood function or the auxiliary function so that a value of the log likelihood function or the auxiliary function is maximized recursively in each time frame; (c) estimating a covariance matrix recursively in each time frame; and (d) estimating a steering vector recursively by using the estimated covariance matrix, wherein the steering vector of the target sound source is estimated from the input signals.
