摘要: The disclosed wearable device systems include several features for alerting and guiding persons who are approaching or near to potentially hazardous or high-risk conditions in their nearby environment. Sensor data from wearable devices (also referred to herein as “wearables”) are used to determine the presence of various unsafe environmental conditions and phenomenon, including dangerous terrain or other unusual conditions. The wearable would be used to warn a person, for example via auditory or haptic-based feedback, if the person is about to encounter an unsafe condition. In particular, the proposed systems can be of great benefit to the visually impaired, those persons with physical disabilities, or persons otherwise vulnerable to particular environmental conditions.

The method includes determining at least one location for a barricade and determining a plurality of autonomous vehicles that are available to form the barricade. The method also includes sending instructions to the plurality of autonomous vehicles to form the barricade at the at least one location. In response to the instructions, the plurality of autonomous vehicles are configured to move to the at least one location and form the barricade.

摘要: A system may include a first computing device that receives identification data and an identifying parameter associate with a user and requests a second computing device to authenticate the user based on the identification data. The second computing system may query a first database for a first portion of authentication data based on the identifying parameter and then determine that a second portion of the authentication data exists based on the first portion of the authentication data. The first portion of the authentication data may include a pointer that identifies a second database that includes the second portion of authentication data such that the second computing device may retrieve it. The first and second portions of the authentication data may then be combined to form a combined authentication data to then be compared with the identification data, and the results of the comparison are sent to the first computing system.

摘要: A sanitary method and system of providing touch interface experiences to users of public devices are disclosed. In one aspect, the system and method are configured to deploy a clean, protective barrier across a touchscreen for each user of the public device. The barrier includes a transparent membrane that permits the user to provide touch-based inputs to the touchscreen through the barrier. In cases where the touch interface is generated by a projector, the system and method are configured to deploy a membrane that serves as a disposable screen for the projected interface. Once each user completes their session, the system automatically replaces the used membrane with a fresh membrane, ensuring subsequent users are not exposed to contaminants or residue from previous user sessions.

Such systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products use real-time machine learning scoring algorithm to determine which analyst the users should be transferred to, and thereby saving a lot of time for both the analysts and the users, and significantly reduce misroutes by eliminating human errors.

摘要: A system and method for efficiently transmitting signals from a sensing device to a remote device are disclosed. The sensing device includes at least one sensor for sensing information. The sensed information could be associated with heart activity. The sensing device smooths the sensed signal and then calculates the difference between the smoothed sensed signal and a locally stored baseline signal to determine a differential signal, which can be transmitted as a smaller packet of data than the full sensed signal. The remote device receives information associated with the differential signal and uses a local copy of the baseline signal to reconstruct the original smoothed sensed signal.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a system, method, and apparatus for managing orders and invoices among customers of a retail merchant. The system allows a first customer to establish trusted links with one or more associated fellow customers, thereby authorizing the fellow customers to add purchases to the first customer's invoice. This allows a primary customer to purchase items for a secondary customer under tightly controlled and well communicated conditions, without extra work from the merchant. The system also uses location aware services on customer's smartphones to provide data that enhances the customers' experiences, by triggering prompts to open and close and invoice. The system also uses location aware services to determine which other customers may be in a related party together.
