摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display pixel array includes a plurality of pixel units, wherein each of the pixel units comprises at least three sub-pixels of different colors, and each of the pixel units comprises at least two sub-pixels of a same color. The present application provides the OLED display pixel array in which brightness correction is performed by adding additional sub-pixels, which increases the display gamut width and brightness uniformity of the OLED display.

The frame region includes a substrate, a base layer, a voltage signal trace, a planar layer, and a lead-out trace, and a packaging layer. The packaging layer extends to an outer side of the planar layer and is connected to the substrate. The display region includes an anode, and the lead-out trace extends outward from a side of the anode and overlaps the voltage signal trace. A length of an overlapping portion between the lead-out trace and the voltage signal trace is greater than a length of an orthographic projection of the overlapping portion on the substrate.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a backplate and a flexible display panel thereof. Wherein the backplate includes a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) layer, and a graphene layer disposed on the PET layer. The present disclosure provides a backplate, which adopts a novel hierarchical structure design of graphene material, so that it realizes function of a current backplate while adding new heat dissipation functions. Compared with the current flexible display panel, the flexible display panel reduced a corresponding heat dissipation function layer, therefore having an effectively reduced thickness, and improved folding performance.

摘要: A pixel compensating circuit comprises an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), a first transistor, a compensating transistor, a storage capacitor, a second transistor, a third transistor, and a seventh transistor. If a present-stage scan signal is at a low voltage potential, the second transistor is turned on, the gate of the first transistor and the drain of the first transistor are short-circuited. A data signal is transmitted to a source of the first transistor after the third transistor is turned on. A third reference voltage is transmitted to the source of the first transistor after the seventh transistor is turned on. An aging phenomenon and the uniformity of the driving transistor are improved.

The display panel comprises a light-emitting device layer, a first optical structure layer, a second optical structure layer and an anti-reflection layer. The light-emitting device layer comprises light-emitting diodes and a retaining wall. The second optical structure layer is filled in the opening areas. Meanwhile, a refractive index of the second optical structure layer is greater than a refractive index of the first optical structure layer. The light extraction rate and display effect are improved with the optical structure layers with different refractive indexes and the retaining wall.
