摘要: There is a need for more effective and efficient predictive data analysis based at least in part on categorical input data. This need can be addressed by, for example, solutions for performing predictive data analysis that utilize at least one of categorical level merging, mutual-information-based feature filtering, feature-correlation-based feature filtering to generate training data feature value arrangements, as well as training and using categorical input machine learning models trained using the training data feature value arrangements.

摘要: There is a need for more effective and efficient predictive data analysis based at least in part on structured data. This need can be addressed by, for example, solutions for performing predictive data analysis using bidirectional encoder deep learning models that are configured to process structured data attributes. In one example, a method includes identifying a group of training structured data fields; generating a group of per-field tokenized values for each training structured data field; generating a bidirectional encoder deep learning model based at least in part on each group of per-field tokenized values for a training structured data field; and performing one or more prediction-based actions based at least in part on the trained bidirectional encoder deep learning model.

摘要: A vacuum adiabatic body and a refrigerator having the vacuum adiabatic body. The vacuum adiabatic body comprises: a first plate, the first plate having a first thickness; a second plate spaced apart from the first plate in an opposite manner, the second plate having a second thickness, and the first thickness being greater than the second thickness; and sealing members arranged between the first plate and the second plate and configured to seal and fix the first plate and the second plate, a vacuum cavity being defined among the first plate, the second plate, and the sealing members. According to the vacuum adiabatic body, convection heat transfer can be reduced by vacuumizing between two plates which are sealingly connected; and the whole vacuum insulation body is stable in structure and not too heavy.

摘要: Methods, apparatus, systems, and computer program products are disclosed for utilizing specially configured machine learning models to generate incremental currency value(s) associated with one or more target merchant data objects. Some embodiments, based on one or more market record sets, identify an actual electronic currency value for a total merchant data object set, and include a counterfactual model configured to generate a counterfactual electronic currency value for use in determining a counterfactual incremental electronic currency impact, and in some embodiments for ranking other models. Embodiments, additionally or alternatively, include an incrementality-trained ensemble model for generating a predictive incremental electronic currency impact. The incrementality-trained ensemble model may be trained to predict based on the rankings of the outputs of the counterfactual model. Embodiments may further rank target merchant data objects and perform one or more additional actions, including assigning the target merchant data objects to sales account data structures for management.
