摘要: A method for cleaning a paint spray gun, which comprises a rotating atomization head to apply a coating material while rotating and an outer circumferential tube to cover the exterior of the rotating atomization head, has a cleaning solution application step for applying a cleaning solution to the external face of the outer circumferential tube, and a rotating atomization head rotation step for generating a rotational flow between the rotating atomization head and the outer circumferential tube by rotating the rotating atomization head. The cleaning solution flowing down the external face of the outer circumferential tube applied in the cleaning solution application step penetrates between the rotating atomization head and the outer circumferential tube by way of the rotational flow. Such method uses a small amount of cleaning solution for cleaning external and internal faces of the outer circumferential tube and the external face of a rotating atomization head.

摘要: A vaporizer apparatus includes a pump housing, a main housing containing an evacuation chamber, and an operation unit attached to the main housing. The operation unit selectively seals the evacuation chamber off from communication with an air inlet. One or more pumps in the pump housing is/are operable to generate a vacuum in the evacuation chamber. A mouthpiece is attached to the main housing, and may be selectively placed in communication with the evacuation chamber. When oil is placed in the evacuation chamber and the operation unit is operated, the evacuation chamber is temporarily sealed off from the inlet, creating a vacuum sealed chamber connected with the pump(s). Then, the pump(s) is/are activated to reduce pressure in the evacuation chamber, and the oil is vaporized at an ambient temperature without requiring a heater. When the operation unit is released, the evacuation chamber is emptied via the mouthpiece.

摘要: A strain sensor resistor includes: a resistive element (thin-film strain-resistive layer) formed nearly at the center of an upper surface of an insulation substrate to be a base; and front surface electrodes layered and formed on either end part of the resistive element and electrically connected to the resistive element. The entire upper part of the resistive element and a part of the front surface electrodes are covered by a protective film (protective coating). Moreover, back surface electrodes electrically connected to the front surface electrodes are formed on either lower end part of the insulation substrate, and end surface electrodes are formed on either longitudinal end surface of the insulation substrate. The strain sensor resistor has a tip shape solder mountable on a circuit board etc. using the back surface electrodes.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an electrostatic chuck includes a ceramic dielectric substrate, a base plate, and first and second porous parts. The ceramic dielectric substrate includes first and second major surfaces. The second major surface is opposite to the first major surface. The base plate supports the ceramic dielectric substrate and includes a gas feed channel. The first porous part is provided in the ceramic dielectric substrate and is opposite to the gas feed channel. The second porous part is provided in the base plate and is opposite to the gas feed channel. The ceramic dielectric substrate includes a first hole part positioned between the first major surface and the first porous part. The first porous part includes a first porous region including pores and a first dense region. The second porous part includes a second porous region including pores and a second dense region.

摘要: A gas liquid separator of a fuel cell system includes a first gas liquid separation chamber capable of storing water content separated from an oxygen-containing exhaust gas, a second gas liquid separation chamber positioned above the first gas liquid separation chamber, and connected to the first gas liquid separation chamber, an inlet, an outlet, and a gas inlet channel for guiding a dry gas into the first gas liquid separation chamber. A gas inlet section forming the gas inlet channel includes an inner protrusion protruding into an upper space of the first gas liquid separation chamber, and a bottom surface of the first gas liquid separation chamber is inclined downward in a direction in which the inner protrusion extends.
